Oh....the dreaded tile! Hope you finish soon. That has to be back breaking work. :)
More like hand-breaking. I have a bruise on the thumb portion of my palm from pushing against the putty knife to get this up. I'm doing small sections at a time, but I'm about half done. The part I'm really dreading is moving the fridge to get under there. It's gonna have to wait until Dave is available to move it for me.

Marlou - Also, check out their Indus. I just discovered that one. Wow!

I'm really frustrated with the post office. When I first starting ordering from SI, I'd get my order delivered within 3 days via 1st Class. Pretty reasonable given they ship the next day (sometimes same day) and give it 2 days to go from there to Calif. But this last order was shipped Monday and as of Saturday it still isn't here! I checked the tracking and it arrived in one Los Angeles "sort facility" on Thurs, then was in a different Los Angeles sort facility Friday with expected delivery on Nov. 4 (Friday), but no such luck. So it has to get from LA to my town then finally brought to me. That's looking like Monday or Tues now, more than a week from ordering to delivery. And now I'm completely out of cartos because I expected the new ones to have arrived by now. Guess I'll have to start paying triple for Priority Mail just so it doesn't get treated like junk mail or something :(
What would be even better would be if I could get my supplies from a west coast vendor. Seems like most are midwest or east coast. I wonder why that is. Imagine, you need to open another office out here!! Pay me and I'll take an early retirement and work for you :)

Wow is right! I've been on Amazon's site checking out their albums. Indus is on the Spiritchaser album. I might be in trouble here! :)

Their music reminded me of a couple of CD's I have. They're both African Tapestries, one is "Kusasa" and the other is Kikuyu". Instrumentals with sounds of Africa woven into them.

They screw up even with Priority Mail. I ordered some juice from a place in Oakland last week, which is just across the bridge (about 20 miles away). They don't do will-calls and only ship Priority Mail. In that short distance, USPS managed to do the same thing to that shipment - wrong sort facility, missent, misdirected, etc...took almost a week to get it. From across the bridge! So even if SI were local (yuck, sales tax), it probably still wouldn't fix the problem with USPS...and the other shippers are just too expensive...so what's a girl to do?

Probably too late now, but if you had a power steamer to heat up and melt the adhesive, probably wouldn't be so hard to scrape off...

Awe seems abit quiet in here at the moment. I'm feeling much better than friday and healing up nicely, thx for asking. I seemed to have gone into a 8min or so shock period after it happened cos the pain was unbelievable and then i couldnt control myself when i burst out laughing cos it was too funny... Which lasted all of 5 sec.
Awe i love sugar gliders!!! We dont get them in this part of australia, but we do get brushtailed possums, they come out at night and attack the rose bush and fruit trees & run along the powerlines.
There is a Place i stayed at many years ago that is about 1hour away from where i live. Its where us city folk go to unwind and relax. Lots of foliage, walking tracks and only the sounds of local wildlife to keep you company. Ill see i i have any pics :

Volt is everything all the reviews say it is and more!!
My first experience with an e-cig was a convenient store brand.
While I thought it was terrible, it did intrigue me enough to do some research. After reading and watching dozens of reviews, I ordered a starter kit from another popular brand. The CS was OK, but I didn't like the taste and thought the vapor production was not as advertised, so I sent it back. So....back to the reviews. I ran across Smokeless Image, and was surprised of all the positive reviews. I ordered the standard kit, and have been using it for about four days. I love the taste and vapor production, and feel it lives up to the great reviews. I had a minor problem with a battery, and CS was quick to reply and resolve the problem.

Great e-cig, and great company!!

They've been around since the 80's and do a lot of live concerts. If you want to hear an almost inhuman vocal range, pull up The Song of the Sybil on YouTube. I'm also in love with their Babylon and Yulunga. The Ubiquitous Mr. Lovegrove is interesting too. It's the greatest group you've never heard of. :)

I love hammer dulcimer music. :) After watching several youtube videos, I'm definitely adding them to my list of favorites next to October Project and Clannad. Awesome stuff!

Glad you're happy with the Volt- you won't find any better customer service anywhere, imo. Welcome!

Rave, I got so caught up in the music I forgot about your floor. :( My bad.

Are you wearing gloves, like garden gloves, while you work? I guess even then the putty knife would make your hand sore.

Can't wear gloves. Because of the MS I have almost no sense of touch. My hands normally feel like I'm wearing thick leather gloves. Actual gloves just amplify that to zero tactile feedback.
