So I figuratively stuck my middle finger up at corporate and am going to pay the extra money each month so I can vape in peace and not worry about the tobacco-cops busting down my door. There better be some hum dingers of sales coming up since I have to make up for the $800 extra I'm gonna be paying next year for the privilege of remaining a SI customer!

Also I have another cool thing to announce..... these have been in the design faze for a long long time...also my idea.... and they are finally being shipped with the cartos!!! like the new stealth led caps....
these are removable DIAMOND LED CAPS!!! no need to buy a new battery in order to rock the new bling

Bummer, Star - but would this be a month-to-month thing? Could you eventually get down to zero-nic and not have to pay it anymore? I don't have insurance (hence no tobacco-cop issues), but that's where I'm trying to get (zero nic) - but I probably won't stop vaping when I do - I love the flavors! Just have to drink more coffee then I guess...

First, a pic of the pieces parts: one bored-out ash cap, a small chunk of conductive foam and the end of the Volt battery:
The narrow part of the foam inserted into the bored-out ash cap:
And finally, do do iontas, a close up of it all put together so the foam contacts the inside walls of the battery body:

It's a hack to be sure, but it proves it can be done.

Didn't want any of you to think that I've fallen off of the edge of the earth. This tiling job is beating the stuffing out of me. I'm so tired and sore that my hair hurts - but I'm almost done. It's amazing though: I never realized what a crappy housekeeper I was until I spent several days on the floor. Good heavens - I had no idea a refrigerator grill could get that much fuzz on it!! There will be no discussion about all of crud I found when I pulled the stove out from the wall. Scary stuff! I'll not be pulling that out again.

vapian, that has got to be one of the coolest "upgrades" to a volt i've ever seen. i will have to get my hands on some of that foam. i work outside and wear gloves a lot so texting and emailing are pretty difficult even with those nifty touch gloves. this is a must for me. you're truly a genius!
