The not-so-gold looks more like copper to me than bronze. And I like the copper. Eleanor wasn't it you that had a graphic presentation to show the difference in gold/bronze/copper/pewter?

My 5th carto order from Smokeless image. Always 16mg, always cappuccino. My first weird sign about this order was the return address was different than normal (the return address was a mans name, not the company... outsourcing???) The second weird thing was there was not the stack of business cards i normally see in my orders. Honestly, a VERY welcome change.
That said, I've noticed on this order, the cartos seem to last less than HALF of all my previous orders. Assumed the first one was just a dud, but I'm FLYING though them. It's awful. I have 3 batteries, all perform equally poorly with this order. What sucks the worst is i paid for overnight shipping as I waited too long before ordering and needed more, but its almost like these are refills....
Anyone else experienced this?

For Express orders sometimes we have to use an employees name... (odd computer) so not outsourced no worries
As far as the cartos nothing has changed with them. Have you started filling them with new liquids? The color/thickness pg/vg content can have a big affect on the performance.

That's the weird thing. These are brand new out-of-the-package cartos I'm having issues with. I rarely refill (I started with the Volcano Tankomizer and had leftover juice so i refilled a few early on, but with your product i actually use a carto, and throw it out once it's done because it's so convenient and your prices are so good). Not sure what happened. I'll chalk it up to a bad order from our friends in China, but it's a noticeable difference. Your customer service is so damn good though (I mean, look, you responded to me in less than an hour on a message board) that I'll always stick with you all. I actually might delete my last post and this one soon as I don't want anyone to hesitate from ordering from you because I've honestly been so pleased. Just thought I'd see if it was a known issue. Thanks for the reply. I'll see what happens with the next order!
it is strange... where they all the same flavor? if you email CS on our contact us page they will probably be able to make it good somehow

I think green is a go....also i think we are going to keep the copper (it has rubber finish) and do a gold chrome and a purple chrome ..thoughts?

on the New Battery Colors:
Really like the "Bronze/Cooper" and would get at least one of them . . .
As for the other 2 batteries, from here the "Neon Purple" does look like Lavander and for the "Neon Green" looks more like a dull "Lime Green" . . . And - Neither one appeals to me at all . . .
Now, for "Me." if I were to choose any other color that I would want, I would prefer a "Purple" that was much darker almost a "Royal Purple" (Dark Bright Blue Purple - one of my favorite colors) . . .

I agree that the copper color seems popular. Also metallic colors and even the purple in chrome (you mean the metallic finish the sliver batteries have, I assume) is a good idea. Maybe the purple color will have a shinier quality on a metallic finish. That might make it stand out more.

You're right. The copper/bronze would probably be better with a metallic finish.
I didn't like the new purple at all, and was on the fence about the copper until you said it was rubber coated. Now, THAT, I will buy! It should be very, very nice. Yay!

Can someone tell me if the no hole auto bats still have the line cut in the top? Or are they a completely flat top now? I have some auto bats with no hole from Smokeless Image but they have kind of an "airy" draw compared to the traditional auto bats. A friend told me they are going to start coming with a flat top battery post now. Is this true or what?
