Here's another item for the growing wishlist: colored cartomizers so that we can keep track of our flavors better.
I don't really use my rubber end caps anymore. I like to use drip tips instead. I bought some colored tips to help stay organized, but there's only 5 colors... Poor me right? I do however have a crap load of the plain "clearish" tips just sitting around now, though. I haven't gotten around to this yet, but I'm planning on Rit dying them a bunch of different custom colors. I use to dye a bunch of plastic stuff and urethane a while back and have a bunch of Rit dye lying around that I don't use anymore. Those silicone caps would dye very nicely, and you can make as many colors as you want.

I'll have to do this soon, and post some pictures or even a video... Just another thing to add to my "make time to-do list". :p

Glad to see you may keep the copper, I'll order one or two :). The lavender is nice but neither the green or Lavender look florescent to me.

Would love to see a purple chrome (and green for that matter), the metallic colors are awesome!

Oh, and btw, first time posting but have lurked for some time, and since ordering my G6 from halo back in Aug, have switched to the volt as your prices are better and your sales include the equipment (always a plus to save my hard earned money...what little of it there is LOL).

Oh, And when will you get the plastic cases for the cartos?

Thanks for being there!

I think green is a go....also i think we are going to keep the copper (it has rubber finish) and do a gold chrome and a purple chrome ..thoughts?

Actually, that is a Royal BLUE;-) But very nice!

This is the closest I could come to creating the royal purple. What do you think of this color?

Loving the new case, Imagine. I'd definitely be on board for that. To everyone with a question in their minds about the chrome, I'm tough on batteries, and I've scratched the paint on more of the rubberized batts than the chrome. In fact my only dislike on the chrome is the fingerprints. I'd be down for a chrome pink....hint hint. ;)

I need to clarify what I was talking about with "painted chrome": I don't mean Volt's chrome batteries - those are basically bulletproof (if not fingerprintproof). What I'm referring to are the chrome/stainless battery bodies that are painted with some other color. The worst in my experience has been red, green, and platinum (KR808's, 510's, eGo's, and 901's). They chip if you look at them sideways. I definitely believe it would be a step down from Volt's rubberized batteries to go this route.

Welcome :)

I think we will always have the blister pack as they keep the freshness the longest...but we may offer plastic cases for the cartos :)

I second this. Those black wrappers are too hard to get off. I've had to go to a different supplier cause I really need the no label ones. But I miss the draw on my volts.:(
Just a suggestion.
I have a few "naked" cartos (I pick at them when they start peeling at the corners, then clean them up with Goo Gone from the dollar store). One thing I don't like about them is that it gets really messy when I condom-fill (they're skinnier and don't fit as snugly). Plus, I don't like the way they feel on my lips. And you can really tell when your carto's going bad, because they get really really hot.

thanks guys ...currently it is 5'' x 3''x 1'' going to have them take it down a bit though to be more pocket friendly.

it should fit a bottle of juice, 4 separate cartos and 4 batts (with cartos attached)

It is not leather or leatherette ... it is actually a material called EVA very durable and gives a nice matte look.
If you plan to take them down more, 4 SHORT batts with cartos attached, right? 118mm = 4.65in, + the leeway for the stitching. Cool. EVA. Bacteria proof, right? EVA foam on the inside too? Like Pepe said, I think it would just be too thick to be toting around in a pocket. That would probably bother me more than the L & W.

I was thinking carto skins might solve these problems. Anyone with skins for their batteries want to comment? Would they cover the cartos and make them better as well as more colorful?

The inside view just is black to me -- no details. What does it hold and do?
Here you go... I don't even know if somebody fixed this. I'm so embarrassingly behind in this thread, that by the time I read everything... All problems that weren't solved when I read them, are now solved and old news... which is probably the case this time. :p
Wow... Did that even make sense? Haha

I imagine that you could just buy the skins and cut them... If you get the 78mm skins, maybe it would be enough to cover two cartos.

Edit: Just answered my own question. It will. Each cartomizer has 36mm of wrap. 36x2=72, leaving you with 6mm of paper-and oh by the way-the Volt logo(on mine) is exactly 5mm from the edge.
So you could trim off the volt logo too if ya wanted to. Just make sure you measure twice, and cut once with an Xacto knife.
Ok, I'm done... :)

okay no I'm not:
Edit... Of course... after you figure in the cost of the skins plus the trouble of doing this whole thing... You'll have nice looking cartos, but they'll cost more than just saving them for a rainy day and buying a new pack of cartomizers all together. Just saying... :p

Again, very helpful. Some people wanted cartos of different colors, and I thought skins would give them what they want. And then Cindy mentioned that she had removed the wrap from some cartos, but there were some problems, and I thought covering those with skins might solve those problems.

Sorry... I don't think I explained myself correctly. I agree with you and Cindy. :)
