I am still AMAZED at what the diamond cap does for the purple LED!

You have no idea how good it is to hear that - the purple LED is making me go ballistic! Even in total darkness, it's hard to tell if that dang thing is blinking or not...purple batt is pretty though! :)

Can't wait for the new battery colors to come in! The shelf paper on my gold batteries is starting to get a bit dog-eared. The new PCC has got me salivating a bit too - although I really don't need it. My old slider is really great, but I have the old style that would only charge the 65mm batteries. Yeah - I'm rationalizing again.
But just think, Rave - if you had the new PCC, you might be able to get by with 15 batteries instead of 20! :)

Life's just rough, isn't it? Tell ya what though - I've got over a 700' journey to my mailbox (and amazingly, the same distance back to the house). I'm giving serious consideration to installing a motion sensor in my mailbox so that I'll KNOW as soon as my toys arrive.

Why is it my pix come up tiny??? My Avi is bigger than that!
Probably cuz you're uploading them from your computer or somewhere else, instead of going from a link. What shows up on your post is a thumbnail. Click on the thumbnail, and it takes you to the viewer and it's a little bigger (ECF shrinks them down).

When you go to insert images, click on the "From URL" tab, paste in the link to your image, then unclick "Retrieve remote file and reference locally." ...then magically, they'll probably end up being too big for the screen! :)
For pics from your computer, you have to upload them to an image hosting site, like Flickr or Photobucket. Lots of free ones out there.

I know what you mean. I've got about 250 to the front gate, then three miles to the P.O.. Pony Express don't come by this way. I do get to ride though.:)

By the way. I've been meaning to ask, did Tom ever show up? Hope your tree rustling neighbors didn't have anything to do with that.

Nope - he never did. Turkeys have a tendancy to have a different Summer territory and Winter territory. They cross over and visit sometimes in the off season though. He's probably moved to his cold weather hangout.

A question for all you ess-perts. How does one get a warmer vape? I spend more time coughing my Volt than analogs! Takes 1-3 warm up hits so I don't blow my top. Lower res? More voltage? "D" - all the above?

Fish

So many variables here ... First of all, if you are still smoking analogs, you tend to cough more when using PV's. I find that once you've completely gone off analogs and survived "The Great Lung Cleanout Coughing Jag" for a few days, you don't cough on the PV's nearly as much. I've quit coughing completely. Secondly - a nic level that is too high will make you cough more. Thirdly - It could be that you are sensitive to PG or VG or some other ingredient. SI's nicquids are 100% PG. Nicquid from another source may be any combination.

High voltage / low res will result in a warmer vape but that wouldn't be compatible with Volt cartos. I find that a higher voltage gives me a bit more flavor on nicquids like RY4 and vanilla, but kills my fruit flavors.

Sorry, I should have been more specific. Since I started vaping, everything has been fine, but lately, it seems my vape is running cooler than usual. I would get a cough once in a while with a dying carto or certain juices or just half-@$$ing the first draw, but now it's every time I vape without a couple of warm-ups first. Basically, if I pull it out of my pocket and take a hit, I'll cough my head off if I don't puff a couple first. Could it be the batteries? Also, it may be the cooler weather. I need to try and check that. It may be that I just need a warmer vape. I've smoked many "different" things over the last 35 years and I know that cool smoke kicks my ..... Kinda like that smoking gizmo, you know the 4 letter word that starts with "B" and has water in it? Like that...It's gotta be warm or I hack.

Re: higher voltage:
I wonder if I got a VV mod and upp'd the voltage just a touch and kept the Volt carto (probably need an 808/510 adapter). I gotta have the tighter draw or it's just as bad as cool smoke.

I have our mailman trained. If he has a package he drops our mail off first before he delivers to the rest of the block. I just open the front door and the mailbox is to the left of the doorway. I can see the mailman coming in the refection of the front picture window in the entertainment center glass in front of where my laptop is in the living room. I should have two packages coming today, one from SI : )
