Imagine, (or anyone)--what does it mean when the SI website tells me I have XX points "pending approval"? I recently placed an order, and it shipped a couple of days ago, and the site shows a qty of points that it says I have and a second qty that is pending approval. Is there still a glitch in the points system, maybe?

I had the best day ever hanging out with my 9 year old daughter at the mall today. She got money for Christmas and so did I so we just took our time and shopped! No arguments - just FUN!!!!

I am still wound up about how much fun we had today!

Hope everyone had a great day!

I love that new carry case but will wait to see my PCC before ordering one - might not need it:)

Daughters are such fun to shop with. My gals and I used to love going to Bath and Body Works and buying all that girlie stuff.

do any of you use a PCC to charge your volt that isnt the one from the SI site... theres is out of stock
Hang in there - the new Volt Megav2 PCC is coming any day now, and it'll be sooo worth the wait. Custom designed based on everything we asked for, and then some! How cool is that?!?

Meanwhile, if you already have one from somewhere else and it's for a KR808, give it a try. May not charge all the way full though. Volt batts are funny that way - they charge way better on Volt stuff. But don't buy one from somewhere else - wait for the good one to come out.

I would wait if I were you, I had the Mega from another company but the same thing and there were issues with it and SI decided to change to the New mega that will hopefully be in soon. Will cost a little more but perform better yet.

yes it is a glitch...sometimes the system adds points that are not earned... they will be canceled :(

we are working with the people who made the system to fix this...

I got the carrying case and definitely want to do a video review on it. Gonna be a bit 'cause I have a couple of other reviews I'm working on ahead of it. But to answer some questions, it's really awesome! It's made of sort of a stiffish-toughish rubber stuff, not squishy like I thought it would be from the pictures, which was a nice surprise. Reminds me of snow-skiing gear, something you might carry to protect your ID and valuables while skiing and know it won't get broken when you crash. As for fitting a 78mm with a carto on, it's really-really a tight fit if you want to slide them into the holders, especially with the jewel caps on. But there's plenty of room to just put one in there loose. Definitely need to do a video and show you guys what I mean. Stay tuned, lol.

glad you like it :)

As to the material we looked for the perfect kind of shell quality. It is made of EVA material :

Ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) is the copolymer of ethylene and vinyl acetate. It’s an extremely elastic material that can be sintered to form a porous material similar to rubber, yet with excellent toughness. It is three times as flexible as low-density polyethylene (LDPE), showing tensile elongation of 750% with a peak melting temperature of 250°F (96°C).
This material has good barrier properties, low-temperature toughness, stress-crack resistance, hot-melt adhesive waterproof properties, and resistance to ultraviolet radiation. EVA has little or no odor and is competitive with rubber and vinyl products in many electrical applications.
CLASSIFICATIONS
As specified by Porex material suppliers, the ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) grade represented complies with FDA Code of Federal Regulations and may be used as articles or components of articles intended for use in contact with food.

soft and extremely elastic yet tough
competitive with rubber and vinyl in many electrical applications
good clarity and gloss with little or no odor

EVA is one of the materials popularly known as expanded rubber or foam rubber. EVA foam is used as padding in equipment for various sports such as ski boots, hockey, boxing, mixed martial arts, wakeboard boots, waterski boots, fishing rods and fishing reel handles. It is typically used as a shock absorber in sports shoes, for example. It is used for the manufacture of floats for commercial fishing gear such as purse seine (seine fishing) and gillnets. In addition, because of its buoyancy, EVA has made its way into non-traditional products such as floating eyewear. It is also used in the photovoltaics industry as an encapsulation material for silicon cells in the manufacture of photovoltaic modules. EVA slippers and sandals are nowadays very popular because of its properties like light weight, easy to mold, odorless, glossy finish, and cheaper compared to natural rubber. In fishing rods, it is used to construct handles on the rod-.... end. EVA can be used as a substitute for cork in many applications.

Well I can't believe the New Year is almost here! Does anyone have any special plans? I am staying home and celebrating quietly. Don't want to be on the roads with all the risk takers! :)

Ditto on staying home! My big plans are to fill some cartos with my most favorite juices and have a couple of my most favorite drinks.....Manhattan with a twist.

I would hate to disqualify someone but they have to follow the rules...only fair to everyone else.

Wait - I'm confused (What's new?).

CONTEST RULES:

1) Make a Post filling in the blank: My New Year's VAPING resolutions is ___________.
2) NUMBER your posts
3) 10 entries allowed per screen name
4) Contest ends at 1000 posts or 1/1/2012
5) Winners will be chosen at random with random.org

I interpretted Rule #1 as meaning: fill in the blank. Was I correct, or do we have to actually type: "My New Year's VAPING resolutions is" before our submission?

For example -

My first post was:

#1
To live life as if there's no tomorrow.

Is that elligible?

I ain't going out on amatuer night. I'm going to smoke a variety of meat and stay home. Also having house guests that are spending the night. I don't drink anyway and I'll be darned if I'm going to get killed by somebody who does.
