I highly doubt it would go to the states.... in some ways canada is more uptight with the rules liek with smoking and alcohol. But we are WAY less strict on drugs.
I called health canada... they told me the reason for the seizures at customs, is ONLY because the e-cigg companies say that it CAN help you quit smoking. And thats a "health claim" thats not been proven.
Pretty stupid, I mean if i ordered gum that claimed it MAY help it wouldnt be the same.
they said that none of the compaines have come forward to prove anything about the health risks, and that vaping could cause nicotine addiction..... I know it sounds ridiculous that this is their reasoning!!
Of course nicotine is addictive, And yet smoking is leagel so....?

Isn't nicotine a drug? So is caffeine. I am so confused!
My doctor said that caffeine and nicotine side effects are close to the same. Never researched that but that is what she said.

If your refilling with the same juice, wait til it starts to lose flavor (kinda like when the batt is going dead), then top it off with more juice. You can wait til the carto gets "weak", even with a fresh refill and batt, and vapor production drops off or the flavor goes flat. Or if you decide to change juice. Otherwise just keep 'em topped off.
To clean use very hot water in a bowl and (I use) a 14ga. blunt needle and syringe. Mom and Pop's Vapor Shop has the right kind and dirt cheap too, under a buck each. Get the needle and Luer Lock syringe.

Fill the syringe with hot water from the bowl, insert the blunt down the center tube (GENTLY!) and flush. Repeat a few times. Sling the water out of the carto when done, blow through it from the "mouth" end to get rid of excess and put somewhere to dry. I've heard of people using their food dehydrators and ovens set on low to dry them. I prefer having 10-15 cartos available and just putting the wet ones on the dish rack for a day or two.
If a good cleaning doesn't fix the problem, chuck it and get a fresh one.

Yeah patches you can get anywhere, And you can buy e-cigs w/o nicotine in stores,you can get ones with nicotine in bigger cities, but not mine.

well when they stop it...they just send it back to us...they do not keep it...in those instances we reship or refund.... pretty rare that it happens though
