Placed my order for some RY4 cartos, RY4 refill, new usb charger and an old battery. Woo hoo! 
When you "top off" just remove the top and dribble a few drops down the inside of the carto wall (turning it as you do) until the top looks like a Slushie and doesn't seem to want to absorb anymore. Never do this when the carto is still on the battery though. I don't bother to put the condom on the battery end of the carto. Instead, I hold it over a tissue or napkin, and stop if I see a drop land on it. I dab the battery end with a tissue and make sure that there is no nicquid in the channel, and vape On!
Nah, just drip til the top is wet but remove the carto off the batt and put on the "coned" condom on the bottom. One can't really say this many drops or that many cuz it depends on how much you've vaped off it. I never have to top off cuz I usually vape the days carto and change it the next day. I probably waste some juice, but not much, cuz the carto is getting flat by the time I get home.
This is how I prefer to fill without getting overfilled or getting juice on the battery side.
Take the carto "condom", the one with the plug (cone) inside it and put it on the threaded side of the carto. This'll close the hole. Take the 14ga blunt and syringe, remove the dripper tip off the bottle of juice and draw up slightly less than 1ml of juice. Insert the blunt down the carto central tube (GENTLY!) til it bottoms out and press the plunger until juice starts to flood the top. Retract the plunger to suck back the excess, it won't remove what soaked in, and squirt remaining juice back in the bottle. Don't forget to draw up a little air before replacing the excess or you'll leave juice in the needle. Remove condom and swab bottom lightly with a cloth or q-tip (just in case). If condom is dry, reuse and replace (both condoms) on carto and go to the next one, or put it on the batt and vape away!
I fill/clean cartos on Sunday. 6 cartos will last me the week cuz I use a tank at home. I have a little velvet bag I keep a couple cartos and the extra batt in and it stays in my lunchbox so I always have extra. Just in case.....
A lot of folks want to get complex with the process, but it's not complex. I believe in the KISS method and it works fine. Never caught with my pants down yet!

I'm on the same mission to remove "juice" from our vocabulary - kids drink juice. eLiquid, nic-liquid, or Rave's "nicquid" (?) is much preferred.

I couldn't agree more. For those vapers with kids around the house, we wouldn't want for those children to get curious when we say "Oh my - That is realllly good juice!!" Kids like juice. That could turn out horribly.
However - SteelJan - There is a young person somewhere deep inside of me that still giggles at the name "condom". They will never be boots or booties to me. Can't help myself.

Personally, I like "juice". It's up to the individual on what to say or not say around their kids, but to "ban" a "word" is too Orwellian to me.
Don't ya'll think that's quite "PC"? I mean we're all grown-ups here.
This just like the anti-eCig bunch and everyone else trying to ban something because of "the children". Sorry, it's just that "PC"-ness in any form irks the crap out of me (and makes me break out my soapbox).

If it's any consolation: It seems that there are an awful lot of suppliers that are out of stock on many items. The whole Chinese holiday has really messed things up I think. This is NOT Smokeless Image alone.
