What's the cause for lots of leakage/flooding out of the air hole?
I Followed the steps previously posted and had the wick puffed up etc. Was prefect. Time came to rebuild and did the exact same. Now for some reason keeps leaking quite a lot from the air hole.
Any ideas why?

P.s using the standard deck with cotton.

If the wick is fluffed up, is it also covering the entire horizontal channel? If not, the liquid will run underneath the wick and that will make it leaky/gurgly/etc.
It's in horizontal channel covering it up. So i dont get how it's leaking through. Vertical channel is clear too.
When i blow through mouth piece it's a endless supply of e juice coming out of the air hole

Junny, if you have so much leakage, it's doubtful that a rewicking will stop it. More likely the tank is not holding a vacuum due to a damaged or worn o-ring. Check all your o-rings: at the base and at the top of the chimney as well as above and below the clear windows. What you can do is to fill the tank with water and set it upside down to see where the water is leaking.

I'll give that go actually and see if it leaks anywhere.
Thanks!

I was getting a slow leak and had to put some teflon tape under my o-ring. It's working now but I'm getting tired of fiddling around with this SquapeR. Might have to retire it!

Well the pressure test was all ok. So i just did a new build and its all working fine now :)
On a good note cloud 9 have started selling the new squape r bell tops :)
Look good but you need the nano chimney but that is only available with the nano kit. Disappointing as i dont want the full kit. Unsure if they will sell the chimney alone.

I have yet to find a vendor willing to sell the Nano chimney separately, which is kind of a drag since I have no desire for the solid Nano tank.
