Here's my 2¢. The gem is more specifically for the wae2. Yes it can be used with any atty. But part of its sex appeal is the hybrid connection to the wae2.Well I'm back and fourth on what I want to do or actually buy. I had my mind all made up I was going to buy, or at least try to buy the new Gem when it's released in the next couple weeks. But now that I know a smaller version of the Squape is being released I decided on that. Then I went back and took another look at the new Gem again and finally decided I don't know what the hell I'm going to decide.
The new Gem looks absolutely gorgeous but I think a smaller Squape with the nano tip is going to look pretty sexy too. And the Gem has a deck that looks very similar to the deck of the Squape so I would imagine it's going to perform quite well. And I already know I love the performance of the Squape.
But I've told myself I can only have one and I mean it damn it!

I don't think there are any pics or too many specifics on it yet, but as soon as there are, I'm sure one of us will post them up in this threadHey Guys:
As Rikk and dem86 know I want(ed) a SquapeR which now seems scarce.
Can you guys say anything more, or, share a link about the coming "smaller" Squape? Later in May is perfect for me. Thanks...

After chatting with ya, I decided it best to take the wait and see approach because I really do want a 40 board. It may not happen but if it did that's when I would wanna jump on it. And I would without hesitation due to all the high praise for the device. Here's my 2¢. The gem is more specifically for the wae2. Yes it can be used with any atty. So based on your confusion I'm going to assume you didn't get a wae2 yet.
I guess the SqR is more for any mod, in my opinion the gem is more a missing matching piece to a wae2. That's just my Opinion...
Something tells me you'll be euphoric with either setup.![]()
If it makes any difference on your decision to go for the Hana or wait for the WAE3?!?!: it'll be a few months before updated Wizards drop, so if you are able to enjoy a very nicely priced Hana in the meantime, and the time in between is sufficient enough to still justify grabbing the new Wizard upon release...I dunno, just something to think about. After chatting with ya, I decided it best to take the wait and see approach because I really do want a 40 board. Man, but last night someone turned me on to a new Hana Modz single V4 for only $150. And it specifically states it has the new updated 40 board with the atty lock feature. Like I've said many times, I have no problem with refinement, especially now that I know how to use it and not fight it. But I'm curious as hell to see how it works and if it really could benefit new users to TP. Even though I'm already confident it would.
A 40 board in a fairly nice device for 150 is sort of hard to turn away from. It sure ain't purty like the WAE2, but I'm sure wanting a 2nd 40 to play with.
I learn something new from you everyday. Having you around could get quite expensive. [emoji12] I've never heard of this device and now I must go see what I've been missing, again.
I'm in LOOOVE with the new Dicodes 2380, and I'll be snapping one of those up the second they release (depending on how the Telescopic version looks and how I imagine it would feel in hand or in use once pics finally go up of it, I'll be able to decide between it or the modular tube version), I'm thinking I might just go for the presale on a German Dicodes vendor too, no VAT and they ship to the US, which is hard to find for these Dicodes, trust me, lol

Yeah, they just added it to their upcoming models, are even going to have their own wire for temp control, although you can use nickel and other wires just fine too.Dicodes has temp control too....very nice!
I haven't watched the video yet but is it one device that does both 40 and 80 watts or two different devices. And I'm assuming the TP is of their own making and not a borrowed technology?Yeah, they just added it to their upcoming models, are even going to have their own wire for temp control, although you can use nickel and other wires just fine too.

They both do 40 watts, but in the 2380 you can stack 18350/18490/18500 (18650 too with a separate extension tube, lol) and open up the full 80 watts...coolest shiz EVARRR.I haven't watched the video yet but is it one device that does both 40 and 80 watts or two different devices. And I love, love love the telescope feature. So much better than adding extension tubes that can cheapen the look of your mod.
Nope, it needs stacked batteries to do 80, although you can stack any two of the same 18xxx series of battsI'm gonna watch the video when I get home from work. I didn't read closely but thought it did 80 watts with just one 650 battery?
40 would be plenty for me anyway. Besides, you'd blow through a single 18650 battery in no time...Nope, it needs stacked batteries to do 80, although you can stack any two of the same 18xxx series of batts
40 watts with just a single battery

I know... It an awesome vape isn't man!So, based on the feedback in this wonderful thread, I bought a SQR about a month ago from intaste.de. OMG. This thing has become my favorite atty and married with a blackout VF is just amazing. I build nichrome coils at about 1.5 and I am just speechless after every single vape. I can't believe how good this thing is. Thank you all for the help!
Now I've decided that I need to buy a second one, because I usually carry 2 setups with me. The usual suspects are out of stock, so if anyone on here wants to unload their Squape R for the next bigger and better thing, please hit me up. I will take it off your hands for a very reasonable price.![]()
Well, SQ probably shipped out their remaining stock the last go around and there is no more incoming stock available of the old version. When they ship out the new version, it will become the only version of the SQuape currently available.I know... It an awesome vape isn't man!
I've heard it's been hard to find inventory as of late and it makes me wonder if the vendors are just holding back for the new SqR(s) that is rumored to be released soon? Late May they say.
I certainly hope they make enough with their first run to satisfy all of us who want one.
Fogmust......give me a few more popular options
Monotremata.......I don't need a 40 w
