Meanwhile, I should get another W deck, since I managed to make a few marks in one of mine while trying to remove it a while ago. Used my trusty "insulated handles from a set of polygrip" trick, but the damn thing just won't come off. Doesn't seem to affect performance, just bothers me, you know?
Also managed to make a few scratches on the driptip and AFC on another one, after dropping it into some rocks - needless to say, the rocks shattered, of course
Good thing spare parts are cheap. Oh wait...

Hahah well i damaged mine doing the same thing! Turns out the w deck is ruined. It ruins the vacuum and mine had serious issues. Took ages to find out!have you tried freezing it?
Yep guessing it's some revolutionary type of deck.

Haven't tried freezing it no. Damage is not more than a few scratches, but I guess it could explain why I get a bit of a dribble when the level gets low. Good thing is, once I order a new one, it doesn't matter if I split the old one in half. Just a bit odd, since the other 3 came off pretty easy. And I lubed up the o-ring with a fair amount of e-liquid when fitting the W-deck as well, guess the tolerance is just a tad smaller on that base/deck, compared to the others.
Freezing does help. Works for me. Yes that would explain it although mine was quite bad.

Not bad. I had an ErlP for a few weeks but couldn't get the wicking right. It would vape like a champ for hours, then I put it aside for a few minutes, liquid all over the freaking place.

Been using squape everyday since i got it. Lil beauty got me through daily use for over a year or so now. Had ups and downs (primarily my p3 caused an issue) had fork out a lot more money to get it up and running again. It's all in this thread. Can't wait for any of the extras etc to come out.
I actually love the pen knife. I may buy one in the future.

Well when all hope was lost...your expert tutelage guided me. My squape was being funny and every build was crap untill i realised my w deck was destroyed. What happened to your W deck? Destroyed from lots of use I hope? Now I'm wishing I would have ordered another (probably will) to have in case of any issues. I've only used the W deck so I'm not sure how the others would perform.
I watched a build video and the guy was using mesh in the S deck, and that looked interesting. He said it tasted and performed great. Never used mesh and I wonder if it would be worth trying? Anyone here try mesh in their Squape? I don't know about mesh, but I'm sure loving nickel in mine.
MWell....had issues taking it out. Wouldn't come out so had to take pliers to it. Came out but damaged
(happened when i was fighting it with the p3, had to swap bases, if u want to read up on it, its in the previous pages)I can't get along with mesh...although many ppl prefer it to cotton....too much hassle for me readying the mesh!
