So I placed an order last night and then put in a cancel request 5 minutes later. I cancelled because I didn't get points because of the sale and was gonna reorder with additional product. According to the site cancellations can be made within 20 minutes. I beat that by 15 minutes. So I see my email this morning for an order confirmation. I immediately contacted CS via live chat. I was told it was already processing and could not be canceled. I pressed the issue and several times explained I put the cancel request in 5 minutes after the order was placed. I was finally told that the order would be cancelled, my card credited back and I would get confirmation of this. That was around 9am or so this morning. All this time has gone by and no confirmation. Well now I get an email saying my order has shipped.

I am ...... to say the least. I don't like being told something will be handled and it doesn't get done. Someone dropped the ball. Actually more than one person did. This was a team effort drop.
