I'll start by saying I appreciate fast-tech, it's awesome. Thank dog for their prices and allowing us buyers to not have to dance and lift our skirts for the manufacturers. But jesus it's been 3 weeks and it's still in China , at least it's moved from one chinese place to another. I imagine their ship coming over is the size of the titanic and is being crammed full of part American companies put together for our products so I totally understand the wait. Again I know it's no-ones fault, I still love FT, I'm just typing so I don't have to think about waiting for vape-mail (I'm sure you guys have suffered with me too :p). They even told me it would be a month and warned not to be impatient but ever since I've been wishing my mod was here and 1 month in vape-mail time = 7 months kinda like reverse dog years. I don't know what to do, I think I'll just try to get amnesia and surprise myself with a gift from China.

-Good luck to all of your vape-mail! :toast:

Hey, I didn't give you permission to take my picture. Seriously, my order from January shipped at the end of February. It hit Chicago two weeks ago (I'm in Wisconsin, so Woohoo, close, right?). Nope, sat in customs for 11 days, THEN they shipped it to Amarillo, TX!? It's been processed TWICE through Amarillo sorting. Are they looking for a bomb in my stuff, or what? Sigh, by the time I get it, I'll have actually saved less, just due to the monetary inflation that's occurred since initial order.

Other, than that, they're great. I agree the customer service is superb for such a huge operation, let alone the language and cultural barriers are nil (try to get an American company to understand customer needs of the Chinese culture, and translate into nearly flawless Mandarin).

That's funny. Honestly though, it depends on what you order. If I order things that aren't several days on wait before it ships, I get it within about 10 days or so. If I order mods it takes 3 weeks or more. But we all know going in that its like playing Russian Roulette. You might get it in less than 2 weeks, then again you might get it in a month or longer. It's fun watching the packages travel though... :vapor:

I got a fasttech package Saturday. It took 9 days. But it was only plastic bottles (10 pack), drip tips, and a dripping atomizer. I've got another package from them that just hit Chicago. It has a little more stuff in it. I placed the order 5 days ago. It sat in China 3 days after the initial shipping from FT. I ordered something else a few days ago that isn't due to ship until the 25th. It's a waiting game. I don't really mind though. I realize they are waiting on the factories to get it to them so they can ship it. I enjoy the prices tremendously. When I first started vaping I bought expensive, authentic mods....even a Nemesis. I love it. But I'm all about saving money too... I've spent thousands...literally. I'm glad I found the slow boat.

It's the usual trade-off : Speed vs. price.

Want it fast , like say 10 minutes ago when your last atty busted the coil or the battery decided to call it quits, then local B&M or domestic online will deliver - at a price.
If you got time on your hands, like say an eon or two, then their prices are more than decent, even for cloned stuff. Free shipping does not mean fast shipping. Same with chinabuye - they aren't any faster either. Haven't ordered anything from focalecig yet, so no idea if they're any quicker...

Placed an order 3/2. On 3/12 I put in a ticket, because nothing had shipped. They then tell me that 2 items are holding it up. Hello? You couldn't contact me? They didn't tell me that they could split the shipment and send what was ready and the rest later, but I knew they could, so I asked them to. 1st shipment went out 3/15 and since it's only been 3 days, there is no tracking yet.

I am so hoping it gets here before this time next month, because my best friend is coming to visit and I have a 'beginners' package for her b-day. She's interested in vaping and quitting smoking, so I got her all set up. :)

The stuff that I'm waiting on is for me and the most important things (to me) in the whole order, of course! But what can ya do? I can't afford to buy local, although I would prefer to, so I have to be patient. I've had about 6 orders from FT in 4 months and never any issues, with exception of shipping times, which you just have to deal with if you want to save money.

I've bought a couple things off ebay, but they took 3 weeks from China, too. Shorter time than almost all of my FT orders though. The fastest shipping I've had from FT was 18 days. The rest have been from 26-34 days every time. :( And I never got hung up in the battery fiasco.

It's a choice. If you can afford to do so, buy local and get it faster. If you're broke, like me, order from FT and wait....and wait....and wait.

Honestly people are full of it.

Fasttech ships as soon as an order can be completed. So, if ordering all in stock items, shipping is normally NEXT DAY. All other orders Pend stocking which is normally fairly accurate and up front as to Shipping DATE.

Any way you cut it - China Customs and International Shipping is SLOW - Not Fasttech

took almost a month total.. but my shipment finally made it.. from china to the netherlands.

On a side note a delivery from the usa to the netherlands took only a week...

I feel ya friend I live in Alaska so we don't get fast shipping even from the states, it's always a 2 week wait  unless we order from Russia, which I've never done lol.

They are global true, that deserves props. Osama bin laden must be hiding in the Fast-Tech Headquarters, they actually killed his brother, and now the FBI searches every FT package thoroughly :p.
