Oh nooo!! Dead pcc maybe?

So i've been using my passthru lately because of how much vapor it produces and I havn't had to toy around with remembering to charge my batts. I love it so much, and i'm thrilled that I invested in one

And before i get into this, I only have an auto, a manual, and a pcc other than my pt.

Well, I go grab my pcc from my room and open it up a little bit bummed to find that my manual was dead, it just weakly blinked when i'd activate it. But then I look at the threads and the part where the heat comes from is all covered/charred in black and in some parts green lime it looks like :x same with where the pcc connects to the batt..

Well I tried to charge my other bat of the pcc and it wouldn't work, I then attempted to get it off and got most of it but still to no avail. Niether bat will charge off of it but the pcc is fully charged.

All i can use now is my pcc 8-o my pcc was my only way to charge them, has anyone else had this happen or know how i can make it work again? Any cleaners or something i can use on it to get the stuff off? and if nothing works I guess i'll have to contact everyone at v4l. Well thanks in advance for any comments on this!

I'm sure V4L will help you. The only thing that can match their customer care is their amazing products. I'm loving the new PT's too. The charring and green lime color isn't promising to the idea of it being fixable.

Should have gotten a USB charger or wall charger. Those charges the battery better then the pcc I only use the pcc for traveling purposes.

try to clean it with alchohol.

i expect they'll suggest you put it in your comments on your next order to save on shipping--talk to them 'bout of course, though--and then place an order. for some extra chargers.

i'm sure they will if they see it. val (rocks82) is having surgery this week though, so they might not be quite as proactive as usual just because of logistics.
