How much variation is normal in reading Ohm's of coils between different Ohm readers? Reason I ask is I got an ohm reader and the coils I built this morning on my Kraken read 0.83Ohm on it. The reader at my local vape shop shows 0.77Ohm. Would that be with in normal variance, and I'd just say its a .8Ohm?

Sounds like a normal variance between Ohm meters, especially on such low scale. The truth is that Ohm meters and multimeters are not that precise at such low range and the cheaper the meter the more deviation you will see. As a good rule of thumb, 7% difference under 10 Ohms sounds like average to me (I did not research this mind you, but this is what I have observed in the past.)

Bear in mind, the electrical path to receive a charge and read resistance is through the connector pin. Quite a few toppers leak, even just a smidge, or at least receive some condensation. With use, the pins can get a film on them hindering their conductivity.
You're likely just seeing a variance in conductivity between one ohm checker to another. You could also be seeing a different connector material between your meter and the B&M's meter. Different material, different conductivity.
