We were all noobs once, and we all had to learn.

What bothers us is seeing noobs starting out trying extreme vaping when they haven't even found out if they would like something more conventional.

There are a lot of great ways to vape these days. The reality is that sub ohm was just a step in finding out what we can do with coils. Many of us have moved on to better/safer ways to vape. The coil I built this morning measures 1.96 ohms (DAMN, I missed, suppose to be 2 ohm), and it's a far better vape than any sub ohm coil I ever built.

    Welcome to the survivors club...:toast:
I'm a member, not a noob there either although my SO is very much so.
Hoping you become another long term member of a club none of us want....

im on 23 different medications and the only enjoyment I get is by posting here and vaping so when I get people like that (MODERATED) Private messaging me more or less blasting me its really not fun. People have to remember time is precious and that not all of us have the time to learn the "right" way

my cancer is terminal and im always in and out of the hospital so this post could even be my last. hence my wanting to get through these eliststs and 40+ year olds who think just because your odler you know more...well in this case they know nothing about mortality, or hw it feels knoiwing youll never have kids, or a wife or think about having your paretns bury their child....never mind, this is getting sickening. want to give a shout out to (MODERATED) for being a real big meany

    Unless you're a hard-core low-ohm enthusiast with a lot of knowledge I think I would start over.

excellent advice. you want the meter to be constant or flicker .01 back and forth. perhaps to close to the posts? or the deck?
good luck and make sure it is right and solid before final assembly and vaping.

Back in the day my "office" looked like this.

So maybe I started out with a better understanding of ohm law than many, but that was back in the 60's, and things have changed since then. The batteries we use today in our PV's can do what Jeep was incapable of doing. So please don't take what these batteries are capable of doing lightly.

My alarm bells went off at the mention of "4-5 wrap of 25ga". That would suggest a ~0.3 ohm coil to me, and you want to run two of them!!!. Hell I using a 5-6 wrap of 32ga single coil. (2.2 ohms), and get a great vape. (without a cloud that I can't see out of)

if thats what I think it is that one bodacious radio...
