After I went on a pretty long hunt today, I FINALLY found Glycerine (100%) in the cake decorating section at Michael's.

Now, I got home and wanted to test it out SO bad, so I just put a drop of it on my cart. HOLY cow, that's a LOT of vapor!

But now I want ot know if I can just mix it with some of my existing juice to make that juice last longer, or do I have to add something else? I did notice that the glycerin is really thick.

Sure you can mix a little distilled water with it to thin it out and mix with commercial e-liquid but it will lower the Nicotine level--that is why you want to buy a high level and then cut it with VG to get more bang for your buck or make your own flavors--Happy Vaping--Sun:)

Havent checked CVS for it yet, chiz, so I'm not sure what they sell. Most of the grocery/dept stores seem to sell it as a laxative...at least that's where Kroger, Meijer and Wal-Mart have it placed here. If it's the same type I'd guess it's at least food grade since sold for "internal use"/consumption. I know some members have found stuff labled as a "skin conditioner/moisturizer" and those were not recommended. Read the label carefully and it should give some indications of intended use. Hope this helps =)

Ok, another question.

A lot of these recipes have flavorings in them. Right now, I'm not interested in adding flavors or anything like that. I just want to make my liquid last, and get the hang of that before I start anything else more indepth.

So my ingredients are my e-juice, and glycerine.

Does anyone have a simple recipe? I was thinking something along the lines of 40% glycerine, 40% juice, and 20% water? Or should I do 45/45/10?

Nayetopps--Here is Kate's receipe and it works great:

.5 ml distilled water
.5 to 1ml Lorann Flavor
1 ml Commercial E-Liquid (high)
3 ml VG

You can up the quanty by doubling or trippling, etc--So give Kate's Recipe a try---Hope that helps--Sun:)

I found that I can get some Glycerin at CVS (a local Pharmacy) can I use that stuff? Or does it have to be food grade or something?

If it says Skin conditioner DO NOT USE IT!
I did once and it made me sooo sick and never use that kind. (It also feels like it is coating your throat. Something tells me that smoking analogs is better than vaping synthetic Glycerin)
Oh and I was in the craft department of Wal-Mart and found the good Glycerin next to the wedding cake supplies. If the bottle says something along the line of "Restores consistency of icing colors" you are on the right track.

USP is pharmaceutical grade, the purest you can get, that's fine for us.

The one to avoid is industrial grade which is not ok to ingest but may be ok for external use.
Apparently not! This is labeled "USP" AND clearly states"avoid heated vapors"
