OK. I am going back to the original cartoz!

After spending allot of time with the wow flavors and the premium cartoz pre-filled as well as blank that I fill and after having experimented in everyway possible with all kinds of batteries with different airflows and different nicotine levels, I have decided the following:


When I first tried the premium cartos with Wowboy 24 mg I was blown away. The best vapor, TH experience ever. I was like: "THIS IS IT" (not the coolcarts, those I did not like from the beginning, not enough TH). I even decided to lower the nicotine level which was something I wanted to do anyway since the TH was more than adequate.

Unfortunately the premium dense and plentiful vapor is giving me a little more phlegm. And the premium cartoz do not wick as well as the original cartoz. I have to refill much more often because the flavor becomes dull way too fast even though there is plenty of juice in the carto. At the beginning stages of the vapor turning dull, if I give the carto 5 or 10 minutes then it is better but the flavor goes dull after just a few drags. I have dissected these cartomizers even after just a few drags and after 2-3 refills and they do not burn the filler however I did keep them extremely wet in order to be able to get good flavor.

I had a tone of original cartoz blanks that I was not using. I gave them a try with Wowboy and I upped the nicotine from 11 to 18. I already had experienced the original cartoz with the bigger / more airflow V4L batteries and I knew it was an improvement. However the Wow flavors gave it what it was missing. More vapor and smoother TH. I used have to use 24MG juices with the original cartoz to get TH but it was a little on the harsh side. The Wow flavors and especially the Wowboy gives great TH at 18mg, very good vapor and an unbelievable strong but smooth TH. The vapor I exhale is not as large as with the premium cartos but it is plentiful and although it seems less dense.

This is what I am using know and I am happy:

WOW flavors
New V4L batteries with increased airflow
Up the nicotine
ORIGINAL CARTOZ


I really did not believe 2-3 weeks ago I would be saying this. Good thing I did not get rid of my original cartoz. I never thought I would touch them again after my first try of the Wowboy premium cartoz.....

Good for you, your a real VAPER now, remember, we change, our taste changes, variety, is the spice of life. I wojuld not be surprised if in 2-3 weeks you are back to the newer styles

Bottom line, Vape, not smoke, and do what feels right, for the moment

I am fairly new to vaping, though I have been using all my new stuff from Vapor 4 Life for about 3-4 weeks now. I love it and will never go back to smoking analogs again. I am posting this as a reply because I am not able to start a new thread yet, though it is related to the earlier posters comments.

I am really looking to find some advice about carto's in general. So far in my experience, I HATE soft caps. They tend to sink in, leak, and cause me more issues than I know what to do with.

I have been grabbing all the hard caps I have and switching them onto my cool carts and premiums. I must say this has made things SOOOO much better. Though the heat on the premiums makes me not like them.

I have just ordered some juice to start refilling my carts and was wondering more about the carts in general.

At this point, I think the only carts that actually have the hard caps would be the older ones. I am wondering, how does the older carts really compare to the others? Is there that much difference in vapor. I bought mainly WOW juice... would I notice a difference in the vapor from originals to coolcarts?

I bought some cool cart blanks with the intention of switching out the caps. But in the future I might consider buying the older carts...

I think they are being discontinued, at least from what I have been able to gather in the forums searching about it. However, I am probably going to be keeping all the old hard caps I have and reusing them.

And my next order will be for a bunch of old carts to get some hard caps. Honestly, I would be willing to purchase a bulk of just the caps that are the hard ones to use on the newer cartos.

For the guys over at V4L... Any chance of having hard caps available, either as an option or something to purchase separately?
