There was quite a bit of talk on the hookah forum I frequent about VG giving you the runs. There was never talk about death farts though. Mainly people would ask if you ever had the need to crap while smoking hookah and most people agreed that they did. Some said they thought it was the nicotine's relaxing effect, but others pointed at VG laxative effect.

Well...that too but wasn't gonna take it all the way to the basement.

I counter effect the insomnia with beer, works great for me.

On the fart side, my wife would agree with you. I have actually had people offer to buy me cigarettes to stop the madness.

The second side effect I have not heard mentioned at all so maybe it's just me...vaping gives me gas, I mean like dead animal zombie farts. I'm not talkin' make your eyes water but wheh that stinks!

When I quit smoking and started vaping, I had such stinky farts my cats wouldn't get near me. But, alas, they were the exhaust fumes that came before the inevitable attack of the runs.

I had the runs and the SBDs for a month after I got off the stinkies, or better put, the stinkies were at the other end.
