Im still taking a stand on my opinion on Canadian E Liquid with nic prices and the whole point of my post was to maybe send a message to the vendors that a lot of people might feel the same. I have dealt with a few Canadian vendors that have left a bad taste in my mouth but its no reason to lash out at the rest.

I do apologize to the members that I have offended with some rude replies to their post. Im not an a/hole, just very strong minded and a little too defensive. Again I sincerly apologize for my unnecessary comments and they wil no longer continue.

Granted that you are entitled to an opinion... but i have a hard time digesting that you're not trying to create controversy when, after a thread where you got flamed out, you go ahead and start a new thread...

sure sounds like you like to start trouble...

bottom line from me (cause i refused to be in that fray) if you don't like canadian prices, feel free to shop wherever you want but don't cry when you can't get your packages, they go missing or vendors refuse to ship to you...

we're all big boys and girls...

The real issue here is that the market here isn't the same as the market in the US, for example. We don't have the luxury of our governing health body getting the pimp slap from the supreme court of our land like the US, much less full-blown government support like in the UK. Not yet, anyway. It's a different market. A riskier market. We can't expect things to work here like they do anywhere else. Some vendors are expensive here. Some are more reasonable. In that regard it's not much different than the US. But we, at least, have a valid reason why things can be more expensive here. It's more expensive to ship here and there are very real risks that shipments will be seized, especially when it comes to juice supplies, which is Health Canada's big bugaboo. If and when vaping finally gets legitimized here, and presuming it's not in a fashion that levies heavy taxes on supplies, then maybe we can expect to see prices drop to something closer to what you get in the US. But in the mean time we can't go blaming vendors for charging extra when they're shouldering all the risk of bringing us the supplies we need to vape.

If you want to shop north of the border that's certainly your right, but like Jay said, if your shipment gets seized, you can't really blame anyone except Health Canada -- just like our vendors do when it happens to them. And it does happen.
