It is indeed refreshing to find a community of folks, including vendors, committed and passionate enough about what they believe, to go against the flow of the mainstream ignorance and prejudices against an entire industry in this country.
Providing a service to people that are often at the end of their rope in their efforts to stop smoking.
Offering fair prices, support and products that they fully believe will enhance the quality of life for others.
It's understandable to experience resistance, doubt, skepticism and unthankful attitudes in a world where people,
businesses and governments are primarily driven by the bottom line, profit, money.
It's difficult for some to believe people actually go into business to provide a necessary service,
offering a high level of customer support and superior products where profit may not even be
their primary motivation.
Yet these same businesses are the ones that, at the end of the day, will prosper the most.
Customer service is not a thing of the past with the majority of these companies.(in my experience)
Putting customers and service first always produces happier, repeat and a loyal customer base.
Add to that competitive pricing and the recipe for success is complete.
A big thumbs up to our Canadian suppliers that provide top of the line products and service in a hostile environment
such as we have in Canada and elsewhere at this point in time.
They wholeheartedly deserve our recognition and thanks.
They have mine and will continue to get my business.
However small it may be.
All the best, Cheers Hitmetwice
