I don't have an exact total, but I'd be somewhere between $1500 and $2000 in the last 6 months.

Similar situation for me. I really shouldn't be allowed to shop online.

I've spent a total of $1388.93 on vaping gear so far (Aussie dollars) and have "saved" $376 on not buying ciggies. At this rate I should break even by around the end of August myself. Of course, I'm sure I'll order something else between now and then ;)

Ok, I need to add another £12 to my spendings :D Just ordered five 5ml e-liquid samples! lol. I feel like I will never have enough. But, then again. The flavours I ordered, I wanted to try for a while. Now I only need to find a perfect menthol flavour, as my current one tastes like a toothpaste, yuk!

KickBassVapor has a menthol called Vape Placid. Absolute closest juice I've found that taste like an analog. Tastes almost identical to a Newport. I let a couple of my friends who actually still smoke Newports try it and they agreed.

I smoked Newport for about a year. It was the only menthol brand I liked and brother, I did try them all back then. Cools actually made me sick and the others just didn't cut it in my book.

Again, it still appears that we're all spending about $300 or so as an average and, I'm right in there with the lot of you so, I'm pretty satisfied with my expenditures for this endeavor.
$275-$375 in the first month is about right on. Once you catch on to it and start adding the supplies you'll need, it's a very reasonable amount of money to get started.
Funny thing is, it's about the same amount of money you'd spend on analogs for that same month. After that, if you don't go overboard, it's a down hill slide from there.

Thanks again everybody for sharing,

I would try that, but the best juice vendors are in the USA and they either dont ship to the UK or the shipping costs would be crazy. And pffts! Everything is better in the USA, the food and I just looked at their flavours and can say that the e-liquid choice is better too. Not fair!

$0.00??..WOW no juice or atties????

Yes.
I bought juice in 2009 and keep it in the freezer.
I Used M40x gear almost exclusively 2010 and most of 2011.
I used 510 some but didn't like it.
The M40x gear proved to be very durable; only complaint is tuff draw.

I'm loving my new slightly modified roughstack.
I have a feeling I will love my new Jazz Carto pipe as well.

I must say that after 5 weeks of hard hard vaping, my M401 has held up exceptionally well. Once I got the Fish Filter Mod installed properly, there isn't any PV I'd rather puff on that I know of. I'm getting a great TH and can almost fill a room with vapor. (OK, maybe a little exaggerated but, I can blow out bellows and bellows of vapor now. I was really surprised with this mod. It really kicks .....)
I'm a happy camper with my pen style PV... I'm not looking for anything else. This auto M401 is a darn close alternative to my analog habit.

Oh, I meant to congratulate you on your one week of being tobacco free, Unfaithful. I'm happy for you.

M401 auto batt and PT got me through almost 2 years.
All the TH I can handle by simply adjusting the nic.
With right juice and clean atty it makes some pretty decent clouds.
I almost felt like sole M401 user as the 510 seemed to rule popularity.
I had 510 before M40x but 510 wasn't my thing.

Coolest things I've found to use w/ M401 auto batt and PT(Hands Free Dangle):

1. Gotvapes fluxomizer CE2-X version 5 clear cartomizer 2.4-2.6ohms which holds 1ml of juice (really nice!).
2. dual coil cart works nice but is a batt hog.
3. 2.5ohm 306 atty is the best atty I've found for M401.

I got my M401 to 510(same as 306) adapter at mad vapes for about $3.

Started with 2 Joye 510's, and 2 of the PCCs (LOL). Vaping off filled cartridges.

Started dripping shortly after that, and decided to look online for more options. Found this wonderful forum, which in retrospect has probably saved me a small fortune in experimentation. Got an eGo for me and my girlfriend shortly after. Continued dripping with the eGo for a good 7 months or so before trying out my first bottom feeder. Picked up a Reo Mini about a month ago. I loved it so much my girlfriend got one as a gift today from me. :)

Overall
2 Joye 510 kits w/ PCC's around $200
2 Ego kits around $160
2 Reo Mini's around $270
Misc batteries/atty's/tons of different liquids - $$?? No idea, probably somewhere around $500 or so.
Ultrasonic cleaner - $40
Pila Charger - $50

I'd estimate I've probably spent around $1500 or so, for a 2 person investment.

Overall, my girlfriend and I have been analog free for 18 months, and that is not anything I can put a price on. If I could go back in time, I would have started with a bottom feeder hands down. Best vaping experience I've had yet.

Next on my list is a 6v mod, looking into a Woodville or a Reo Grande. But that can wait :). I'm completely happy with my 3.7v solutions right now.

I'm happy with my M401. That Fish Filter did it for me just fine. I've got some XL carts coming and that should equal out the juice and battery usage, I'm guessing.
I might try your 2.5ohm atty latter on down the road. I've still got 5 attys to burn out first, though. It'll be awhile.

Thanks,

I think I've spent around 400 or so (and just passed 1 month). I'm in the hole. And I gotta figure out what to do with my attys.
So far:
eGo starter kit
Tank system (yeah, shouldn't have gone with that)
5 pack of smoktech cartomizers (still on the fence on this one)
Some cheap drip tip (seems dripping works best for me - just can't drip and drive though, so looking for something to address that)
Maxi Rough Stack
And a few attys (gone through 3 - apparently I can't soaking in vodka didn't work out so well).
Of course, juice, which so far, all from TV and I haven't been disappointed.

Next up: I think I'm going to get a bottom feeder.

Thanks,

It could be a very long while if you use clear juice.
I still have 4 left from 2009 that I need to kill; I plan death by dark juice..
I can't say enough about how good the 2.6ohm CE2-X rev 5 is on M-401 batt.
If you try then you may never finish off your M-401 attys.
They only cost $8.95 for 5 pack plus one time $3 for adapter.

After almost 2 years, I have spent ALOT!! However, most of it was stuff I didn't "need" (Mods etc) but stuff I wanted. Now, I spend about £10 a month (attys, Flavours etc. I DIY and buy high nic in bulk). So overall, I am in the black compared to analogues over the same time period. Heck, some months i dont need anything. Right now, I may get some modding supplies and a couple of the new Rev 5 Clearo's, but apart from that....sorted
