I have been vaping for about 4 months now (analog free for 2 months) which makes me very happy but I cannot get rid of a bitter taste all the time. I mostly use a home made variable volt mod at 4 to 4.5 volts and an eGo. C2 cartos and Johnson Creek Original Tennessee Cured med 18 mg. I have tried other juice and get the same bitter taste in my mouth all day long. I am just wondering if it is me or if anyone else has had this going on and did something different to fix it. I don't want to go back to analogs and hope there is a way to cure this. Thanks in advance for any input.

Yes - it's just you! :)

None of us would be doing it if that was the result we got...

The question is: how to fix it? Depends what the issue is - maybe the liquids you have don't agree with you, or you didn't clean up your new atties correctly and the burnt/bitter taste has got into all your carts or something.

Try a stock atty & cart, to see if it's just the cartos you are using. Remember to clean it up well before using it and especially before connecting a filled cart to it. When a new atty is rinsed and cleaned enough that it tastes fine when dripping, then you can connect a cart - not before. Some attys take a lot of puffing and rinsing through before they are usable.

Try a 100% VG liquid, to see if you are intolerant to PG.
