I have been avoiding this area because I was afraid I would fall in and I have. Math and I do not get along well but with the calculators I see and wonderful recipes I have been reading I am lost. I am going to place some orders for supplies and want to try just a few simple flavors to try as a raw beginner. Yes I have been lurking a bit.
