Quite a few, I think you meant?

Yes, the fact everyone wants to be compared to the ProVari tells a lot. Also, the fact that its critics are overwhelmingly non-owners, and its most strident defenders are owners is telling.

And all that stuff about reliability, accuracy, durability, a firm that stands proudly behind their product, tons of veteran owners, etc. helps too.

Not to mention.. The designers and owners of Provape are mostly Veterans of the USA.. Says a lot .... AMERICAN MADE is all I need to really say,, KEEP IT IN THE Family and SHUT the other cheap, low quality, nickel and diming S**TS down. All they want to do is keep selling cheap crap they know will break and you will have to buy another to keep going until the cows come home.... Cheapo , second-rate crap...

Yesterday my wife told me "Honey please dont kill me, I just broke your Provari". I took a few steadying breaths and walked into the living room, she had accidentally knocked it off the desk onto the hardwood floor.

Closer examination revealed that the Protank I had attached, snapped off right at the base.I just unscrewed what was left of the post, filled my trusty Phiniac tank, screwed it on and fired it right up with no problems.

My Provari didnt even have a scratch on it.

*Provape doesnt sell replacement heads because they arent needed. The only thing Ive seen kill a Provari is a commercial lawnmower blade moving at 10k rpm.

Like to see someone with the EVIC start having issues with the chip and try to send it back for repairs ... Love to see that one, but I tell yah... probably cost more for shipping and repairs charged to them that just purchasing another evic. About another six months and you'll probably be able to get a brand new EVIC for $15.00 in a package that comes with a free AGA T2. LOL

When/if i ever get one.. i am never telling anyone on this forum.. the provahate is strong within some lol

Theres a V2 with blue led for sale in the classies right now for 135 bucks....wont last long at that price.

Ive seen a lot of Provari's, especially those with discontinued finishes, sell for their original price or more, all within a few hours.

Try selling a Vamo or an Evic for anywhere near the original price you paid for it.

I have to admit that I'm one of those that had to become convinced before I bought a Provati.

My Lava Tube was every bit as good as your Provari .... until it broke, My Lambo was also every bit as good as your Provari ... until it broke, and my ................ get the picture?
Damn ... I could have had 2 provaries!
your not alone, when i first started looking into them i hoovered on the add to cart button every day for a month, so i really do understand people who dont own one trying to understand why its worth it. now i own 3. my chrome sits in a box polished and wrapped up. and i use the other two.

Alright... Gotta say, Do I love and prefer the Provari ... Yes. Are there other MODS out there that are just as good ... Here is where it gets a little hairy!! The answer is conditionally(yes).
When you are talking EViC, Vamo, any other chipset APV out there of the like then the condition is based on the fact that you are not going to get longevity out of the lifespan of these units because of their delicate nature in build and functionality. They get wet...Gone, They break easily...... Gone, In operation they have their place and I am not denying that... quite a bit of voltage drop variances and more bug issues in software, but for the most part they operate the way a APV should( just drop the A because they are not well advanced). The Provari has a track record of being better in every way though.
When you are talking your MECH... I have to say.. Apples to Oranges here.. (SB,Roller,Caravela, even screwdriver and Oddyssey) These have a place in their own echelon and believe me their own practical use, as well.

I don't see a blue led provari in the classies.. one i do see (and like) is on pg.3 with sale pending... oh well..

The last I looked, you could also get a new blue V2 at that price, in the Clearance section at ProVape. If you don't like the color, JWrap it to your preference. :)
