ok, I am going to go with a bit of the critical tough love approach here.

You were my first and you'll always be my first go to. So, you have my business and you'll keep getting it. Why? Because of all of the reasons mentioned in this thread. You are have a nice variety of good devices. You ship quickly. I have never had a problem with anything I have gotten from you (can't say that about others), so I can't remark on your customer service handling but I have no reason to believe that it's not top notch. You have a great reputation and that's what took me to you in the first place.

So don't change that. Remain responsive on the forums and you will see a steady business from people here and people that check in here. But, if you want more than that... if you want to grow beyond that... you are going to have to work on your "branding" and "marketing" and "image".

You don't need to go as far as to get litecig branded equipment - it would raise your costs and, frankly, unless you're going into brick & mortar retail outlets I don't see the reason for that. If the site is strong that should work to inspire that initial confidence and, once people get into the e-cig culture, branded equipment isn't as important (at least not yet, maybe a few years down the road when these things grow up).

But what you need to do is work on your online presence. That's where your customers are. You already seem to excel at what most folks struggle with - building a loyal consumer base and having conversations with them in places like this. Your weakness is your website. I've pointed folks there but all of them have gone on to purchase from another company (not sure I should mention who in this forum - still new & a bit unsure of the forums rules & conventions) because their site looks smart and professional and inspires confidence. I know you're working on it and that you just did a redesign that you're proud of (so I'm really sorry that I'm pissing in your cereal bowl here)... but it needs work. Like, I'd ditch the black and gold because they're "heavy" colors and that goes against your name, you want whites and silvers. And get away from the coca-cola font which does a good job of conveying the small homegrown business but not in the way you want to convey that. Oh, and fix the .com to redirect to the .net. Things like that will help you a ton which, in turn, would help me.

You have my business and will continue to have it as long as things stay as they are. But, what I want is to be able to brag about these things and then point to a supplier that I trust and that my friends will trust right from the get go. Right now that's difficult because the sad fact is that first impressions matter. A lot. And most folks (not just my friends) won't take the time to dig into forums and learn about who is a good supplier and who just looks pretty. And, frankly, I'd rather my folks buy from you because, well, all the reasons listed in this thread.

(I hope you take what I wrote in the spirit I meant it. I only took the time to say it because I really do appreciate you & LiteCig. You are the person I direct people to and I do that for a reason. You're awesome. :))

Oh, you can keep the .net as a primary (so no big deal on the business cards). It's just folks are lazy and think in terms of .com. Since you have the .com it only makes sense to make it redirect to the .net in case people forget and go there first (or, like me, have the .com come up first when the browser fills in the address). It's simple to do with a little htaccess file. I don't think I've posted enough to link to things, but a google for htaccess redirect will help you out.

Also, you have a pm from me on the logo bit :)
