Getting knowledge on gear is still easy to do here, having civil, meaningful, non-troll influenced conversation.....not so much anymore... sad, very sad.

Mod buyers should should be held responsible for using their equipment and batteries in a safe manner.Mod Makers should be held responsible for producing a safe, quality product for their consumer base.
Same goes for Battery manufacturers.
E-liquid manufacturers need to follow Scientific Guidelines Applied to the matter - if any
E-liquid Sellers should be able to purchase and sell product with knowledge it is as safe for the consumer as the Scientific Data implies.
Any Product Deemed unsafe By those in a Professional position the have such Fact based knowledge should be removed from market.

Since there is no credible science indicating e-juice is harmful to any otherwise healthy individual there is no scientific guidelines to follow.
As far as we know anyone purchasing or selling e-juice is selling or purchasing safe e-juice.
With no fact based knowledge that vaping is harmful no one professional or otherwise can remove
any e-juice at this time.

This explains a lot.

Did you know We naturally produce diacetyl? :

Stinky Feet
Maybe we just Excrete what we take in![]()
Were you a smoker? Did vaping help you to get off of cigarettes? In all right, diketones should just be taken out period. It's the folks who don't care that is the concern..when their health problems start they will more then likely become a financial burden on those of us who do care. That is the problem with folks nowadays...it's a carefree world where there is no accountability for choices..somebody else will pay for it and take care of me if it doesn't turn out well ideology....but but i want choice!! but i have no means to pay for the consequences of those choices...but they think they are entitled it.
I am all for youth not being able to legally smoke or vape..they are not mature enough in most cases to make good decisions...they make careless decisions and choices they have no ability to pay for when the consequences come to pass. I was an ignorant youth once..i speak from experience. Seriously, somebody has to put some stoppers in place to stop the financial bleeding for the rest of us..it's just human nature for people to want to do whatever they want and what pleases them..regardless of the cost to themselves or others. This is why i am not totally against some regulations. Sad thing is some of the youth continues to carry this ideology into their later adult lives.
I know many are not going to like what i just said for a variety of reasons..it's just the way i see it. The Gov already burdens me with financial burdens i should not be forced to bare. I am all for helping those programs that truly help the needy..but when needy is reflected in the checkout line and someone pulls out a gov food card to pay for their food while scrolling through their Iphone 6 it takes everything i have to not lose it.
Speaking of trolls: isn't attacking anybody who have different opinion a trolling?
Does childish behavior should be respected?
Am I interested in speaking to you?
Somehow threads on health and testing are getting hijacked by real trolls, guys...
NATIONAL CALL TO ACTION: With the FDA's deeming proposal now on the desk of the OMB, and the table of contents leaked (see here), it is essential that all vapers take action to prevent 99% of all vapor products being taken off the market. This may be our last chance.
Please spend a few minutes telling the White House to force the FDA to rework their proposals, or watch this industry die.
See the CALL TO ACTION on CASAA's Website here: blog.casaa.org/2015/10/national-call-to-action-tell-white
I have little time for those which seem to feel they have all the answers and should make decisions controlling my life.

Thanks for link.
However media forum is a somewhat lame forum. I'd better discuss it here.
Totally agree 100%
Which is why I cannot agree with:
Sorry, I'm an adult. I do not need a government body or anyone protecting me from myself.
I grew out of the need for a nanny many years ago.
I promote education, not needless regulation.
The former aids progress, the latter hinders it.
Using common sense eliminates the need for such strict regulation.
It's shameful that it seems to be too much to ask.
Psssst.................I never said by Government.
Yea, we should be responsible in our use, but We Should expect nothing less than Responsible actions and Acceptably Safe Products from suppliers/manufacturers seeking our Money.
I Don't expect Perfection as some on the forums expect. We all make mistakes - Learn and improve. But We need to be willing to not only take ourselves seriously, but project that to the Market making it Clear, we expect better from them.
To many regulations as is.
