omega vs. ego

I've moved up from 808 to 515 and am now considering an Omega (Altsmoke.com). I use cr8's (not one to fool with dripping) and would like to know anyone's experiences with Omega (not to be confused w/silver bullet) and advantages (besides batt. life) Omega has over Ego.

Omega is a unit similar to silver bullet. kind of fat and the top is pushed down on versus a button on the side.
