I'm not modsmart but it seems overkill to use a mod with an itty bitty carto. I always picture them with tanks or megacartos. I prefer the dc1.5 cartos with my tanks. It seems they did ok with those but I have trouble decifering through the numbers since I have not owned a vv yet.
Would it be a fair remark to say that mods work better with tanks?
Size wise I agree miss gator, but I tend to think of batteries/PVs independently - either or both can be large or small depending on how often you want to fiddle with them.
I'll go so far as to agree tanks are best suited for mods, especially VV ones.

A cart is a cart. A 3 ohm single coil cart will work the same in a tank or out of a tank. In theory the tank only adds more liquid capacity, so you can go longer between refills.
Wader I agree if you're comparing a cool cart to. 3.0 Ohm SC tank cart, but when comparing tanks to ego megacarts it seems different at least due to megacartos having a lot more polyfill and different wicking issues, no?

Been using the omgad with a kick and imr batt to stress it, so far so good, but only been about a week. Ordered the omg vv today, so will have info up on it hopefully Saturday.........
Said would keep everyone updated, the omgad has been going strong with the kick and imr batts over the past few weeks. Gone through an average of 5 batts a day on it, so far no issues to report. Will continue to stress it, but pretty optimistic about it. All signs point to it having the updated wiring.
