Today starts the 4th day of my analog-less life. And it also, apparently starts the first day that my lungs wake up, confused, and say "WTF is going on?" About 15 minutes after I got up this morning, the coughing fit started. It seemed to last forever. Was actually 2 or 3 minute I think. Now, I know this is absolutely common in people who are no longer smoking, and I wondered if it would happen to me. I wonder no more. Been having little coughing fits on and off since then. Hope it stops soon, cause it's really really annoying.

Drink lots of WATER!!! I had it for about two weeks. Was hacking up lungs every morning in the shower!

Then I was good, Then about 3 months later I had back to back chest colds. I was terrible. All good now though :) I can take some serious deep breaths. I think my lung capacity has increased just a bit, at least I don't get that tickle in my chest and throat when I try to deep inhale anymore. Also, running, no more hacking lungs, exept the cold burns when running outside.

I smoked for 35+ years and switched to vaping without coughing problems (other than coughing at the odd feeling of vapor at first). But I went from lights to a fairly weak PV (M401).

If you have a powerful atty, maybe you can get an adapter for now and back off to a standard 901 atty? I find the 901 is a cooler airier atty but still delivers the vapor and nicotine fine. 901 atty fits right on KR808D-1, and you can find adapters for 510 to 901

If you are using 100% PG juice or a flavor with high TH, try backing that off too. Get some nice 70pg/30vg or even 50/50 and take it easy on your lungs for a bit.

And drink plenty of fluids.
