+1 on the BEER or was that water? Anyway, keep drinking plenty of fluids. This helps keep the cough away. This time of year especially as the air is drier as well.

I agree with drinking more water. The PG's minor side effect is the absorption of moisture from what I've read, absorb moisture from mouth, throat and lungs and since you don't generally feel anything in your lungs, throats are the one getting irritated most of the time. Drink more water and keep your body hydrated and you'll be fine. Anyone have any contradicting evidence please feel free to point me out, I'm still a relatively new vaper and would like to know more about everything!

It could be the air. It was when it started getting colder that the cough really came on. It is already dry here to begin with.

I will be seeing my doc again soon about it. It could also be GERD (which oddly enough can cause a cough, I cough a lot after eating a large meal so I wouldn't doubt it)

If I'm not mistaken, nicotine can worsen GERD, so the nic might be causing it too.

I'll just keep trying different things and see my doc in the near future. Will definitely post an update when all is said and done. =)
