and it is muy bueno!
very strong menthol, hint of sweetness, layer of fresh tobacco.
i can smell the eucalyptus, but i cant really taste it...i think it just adds strength to the peppermint.
i most assuredly approve! it's a very classy vape...my pinky is sticking out!

Ditto here fallen! My order got to me the day before others that got the sample, but Cinder PMed me and said I won already for future contests so I'm ok.
Got it super fast, I tried it immediately in a G6 clearo OOTB, but can't really say I can accurately assess the flavor -- I'm so straight-menthol/minty all the time, perhaps my tastebuds are dead (LOL) .. but I am extremely happy with Halo's quality and products, so I'm letting it steep 48 hours and will try again.
How long is the free sample offer good? I placed an order the night before the Memorial Day special, so I missed out on that and I'm also stocked for awhile, but I don't want to miss out on this one.

Although I have not tried it, I feel certain that if it was anything close to Truepure Cinder would have sent me a sample to try. I was so hoping for a rebranding of Truepure. An earlier poster stated that Halo's menthols don't have a tobacco base. Of course HX3 does, but all of Halo's original menthols (Truepure, Menthol Ice & Coolmist) are made with the base juice(Fusion) and therefore do have a slight tobacco base. That's what makes them so good with that slight peppery flavor. Since the discontinuation of Truepure(still have not recovered), I mix 50/50 Menthol Ice & Fusion. I just got back yesterday from 3 weeks in Northern Europe and someone that knows what a Truepure fan I am found 3 bottles for me(of course, out of date) and I so appreciate whenever I can get my ATV in my tank. Come on Halo--give Truepure another go.
Player30, like you, I was a big TruePure fan. I mixed it 50/50 with Malibu and that was my ADV. Is 50/50 Menthol Ice with Fusion close to what TruePure was? Maybe if I do 1/4 Menthol Ice, 1/4 Fusion and 1/2 Malibu. Maybe it's our Alabama tastebuds.
I have tried all the menthols mixed with Fusion at different ratios to try to get something close to Truepure. MI & Fusion seems to be the best mix for me. If I take the time my favorite mix is 10% Mystic, 35% MI and 55% Fusion but it is more work. Unfortunately for us, only Halo knows how to make Truepure and they aren't talking. I love Malibu in the wintertime; I will try it mixed with my mix--great idea!

I'm not a menthol fan, but have read multiple posts in various areas on the forum about TruePure and I think Smooth 8 (?). Both had what seems to be strong followings so I wonder why Halo discontinued them?? I would be so upset if some of my favs were discontinued

HHMMM, that's weird cuz I just got a PM from Johnny Blaze asking if I'd mind if Halo dropped Belgian and Kringle's. He said the sales were extremely low, it was causing peeps insanity and he said no one at corporate liked it. I said toss it, no one of right mind likes it anyway.
