Yes you really do have to prepared. At least until V4Ls product line is as available (as analogs are). I would hate to be caught too long without my gear. I've made it past two years now with no cravings for analogs of any kind, but without my gear, and too much stress, and I fear I would not be able to resist.

So for me, preparedness is crucial.

Absolutely! And on top of that, it makes gifts so much easier for my mom; I can get her gift certificates, flavors, tanks, batteries, etc., and I KNOW she'll love it! It's so nice having the store practically in my back yard. I've been there twice so far, met great people (you and Chad), and you can test whatever you want before buying it, which is great considering that you buy large amounts of liquid.

Hmmm. I used to live in Chicago and get back to the area every couple of years. Usually stay with a friend that lives on the Southern edge of Schaumburg for a couple of nights. Next time I'm up there (Some time in 2013 sadly) I hope the lounge is still there so I can check out. Love seeing how this industry is getting into some B&M and not just online.

Well if we happen to move in 2013 I will be the first one to tell you so you can still come in and check it out.

TBA: I've never been a big smoker, so the PCC and two Batts is perfect for me, however have you considered making your own PCC that held/charged more/larger batteries?

No, I haven't. After determining the available PCCs (and stick battery capacities for that matter) weren't cutting it for me, I started looking into bigger capacity stuff. The devices I now use are much larger in diameter than stick batteries (about 1" in diameter), and the batteries it uses are that size as well, and 2,200mah capacity. The PCC I would need to build to do anything useful with that would be both too large physically to really be practical, require an possibly unsafe amount of stored energy to be carrying around, and take an insane length of time to recharge. Given how much life I get out of a single 2,200mah battery, I simply make sure I leave the house with a relatively fresh one, and then keep one in my small carrying case I take with me, in addition to a spare tank or two. I can make it through a full day with no need for a PCC with this setup.

I do sometimes take a stick battery with me in case I damage or lose the main PV, but actually now usually leave it in the car as I have so much confidence in my setup now I don't bother (unless I know I'm going to be really far away from the car / for many hours), as well as the Passthrough and prefilled cool carts in the glove box for emergencies.

Do you see yourself vaping more than you smoked?

I think this was directed at jibgilmon, but to answer for myself, I certainly vape more than I smoked, since I enjoy the experience and flavors so much, and can do it practically anywhere (eg don't have to stop what I'm doing, go outside, downwind, etc etc). There are a few interesting threads on this topic should you care to go check them out, BHam :)

I was just in the lounge this morning, wanted to check out what you had since i just started this not so much to quit smoking, but to quit paying crazy taxes to this overly corrupt state. I was shown the ego and when I saw just how much better it worked and worked consistantly even with one of my 21 century smoking cartridge on it, had to buy the kit with one battery... got a tank with it too and a small bottle of juice. have to say I love it so far and plan on coming in to buy more juice soon! very nice store and very friendly and helpful people there!
you will have my business for quite awhile since i live in skokie.
