OK, to the unspoken questions (I think. An assumption...so forgive me if I'm exceeding bounds here).
There is a withdrawal from tobacco and smoking in particular even while using e-cigs. So it's not uncommon for people to cut back and have urges to smoke at first. After a while you will wean yourself off it. Some do it day one (the scum!

) some of us do it a bit at a time. So not uncommon to go without and then have a cig and go "whoa!".
It takes about 2 or 3 weeks of "pushing through it" even with high enough nic e-juice. The higher nic helps at first. Some cut down later, others never do. But don't be too scared of nic. Someone (WomanOfHeart?) is famous for pointing out "I don't know why smokers are so scared of nicotine in e-cigs" (paraphrased). She's right. Make sure you get enough nic to ward off the stinkies.
You have to set a date and push through it. Maybe just finish up the carton/pack(s) and "just don't buy anymore".
Make sure your hardware is working well. Crappy hardware and performance from an e-cig will severely limit it's effectiveness in switching to it full time IMO.
Good Luck!
