I just found this and i was shocked at the fact that when i bank makes an "Error" in your favor you have to return it. But when we make an error and overdraft our accounts they can charge us fees and penalties.

I fully agree with that. If we have to give the money back we should at least be able to keep a "fee" of our own if they can nickle and dime us to death!
