I want to get a mechanical mod so I can rock sub ohms and get those huge perfect vape clouds.
One thing that I don't have the option to do is spend a lot of money!!

I've been looking at some hcigar clones like the nemesis but I haven't decided.

If I decide to go down this path what do I need to get?

So far I noticed these:
-Mechanical Mod
-rba
-OHMs meter
-drip gaurd

...............

If you all have good recommendations for a mechanical mod I would like to hear it if it doesn't break the bank.
Also, if I need anything else let me know too!

My first mechanical mod was a stainless steel King clone from fast tech.
Still one of the best mods I have used.

King clone$26
Kick (FT) 8$
Trident clone $16
Blowing huge clouds like a fog machine for under fiddy bucks... Priceless.

The Caravela clone in brass is a hard hitter as well, but has less adjustment in the pin and requires flat top batteries for a clean fit
Still a great deal and a great starter mod

He Hammer clone by Tobeco needs some tweaks to be a performer. And may not be a good fist mech for some.

K100/K101 are great starter mechs for their price and are readily available. Getting into RBAs the IGO line is a priced very well and are very easy to build on. I would recommend the IGO-W or W4, as it is a great RBA to learn how to build on, and with the 3 posts it gives you the option step up a notch and make dual coil builds after you get accustomed to building a standard single coil.

Going back to mechs...if you want to spend a little more money, the Nemesis or any other clone by HCigar are great. I picked up mine from vaperoyalty.com for about 50 bucks and had it in 2 days with absolutely no issues. It all comes down to how much you are willing to spend.

ALWAYS invest in good batteries, EFest or AW are reliable and you can usually find them at your local B&M if you have one, if not then they can found all over online. Also Sony US18650VTC3 30A 1600mah high drain batteries are great for sub ohm vaping.

OHM meter is very important to have to, they run anywhere from $20-$30 but are a necessity when building your own coils.

The most important thing is to really do your research on sub ohm vaping and know the saftey measures that go with it. The last thing you want to do is have your mech blow up in your face.

Hope that helps man, good luck!

Nice list - I would add the Brass M16 Sentinel clone from Fasttech to the list - $16 with a 4.8 out of 5 rating - I like mine.

Id actually give it a 5 out of 5.
I used one for a bit recently, and it's a phenomenal mod for the price.
I'm ordering one myself after the CNY is over.
Smooth button, lock works great, smooth threads, solid brass....under 20$.
What's not to like ?

I saw some people compare the vape royalty ones to the fast tech...
I think I am gonna go through them for a nemesis mod.

I've ordered from them and don't have any argument with them at all, but Bucky's Bargain Vaping usually carries the same mechs for a little cheaper and free shipping. Just sayin'. ;)

.......

Do i NEED to get a ohms meter?
Or can i go off theory?

Yes to question 1, and H$#% NO to question 2.

If you are rebuilding a coil, you absolutely, positively HAVE to have some reliable way to test the resistance of your final build. I cannot stress this enough. Either spend the $20 on a purpose-built atomizer ohm meter, or go to Radio Shack and spend $12 on a cheapo multimeter. Please. All it takes is one "whoops" to ruin your day.
