Ohm's Law: E is voltage, I is current, R is resistance.

To calculate amperage or current draw, you divide your voltage by your resistance. In you case, your highest voltage would be 4.2v with a battery fresh off the charger, without using a Kick. So, to calculate the current draw, the formula would be: 4.2(V)/1.2(ohms) which is 3.5 amps. When you fire the mod with that coil you will never draw more than 3.5 amps, which is well withing the current limits of your AW 18650 battery.

How do I find the maximum amp draw of my battery?

How much the battery is rated for?

That would be stated in the manufacturer's data sheet/specifications.

If you are looking for what a specific build will draw, all the formulae are contained in this thread.
