One battery, two small problems

The battery I got is a regular size automatic. One problem I have with it is whenever I'm taking a drag, it'll stop after a couple of seconds and start up again. The other is some cartomizers won't screw on all the way. I don't have the same problems on the other battery. Is this something I'll be able to fix on my own, or will have to get an exchange? I've only had the battery for less than a week.

Yes, try this.....take a nail file or better some 400 grit sand paper and file your threads down. This is a well known problem with Cool Cartomizers. so sand a little then try screwing in the carto. It will not harm you battery performance in any way, nor will it have any affect on the use of other Premium/Wow cartos. Should fix all of your problems.

The cut off on the v4l battery is pretty long. Is this batt new? If so, contact customer service - they'll take care of it.

Thanks, SnowDragon!!! Was having the same problem with one of my batteries, and your little trick with the nail file fixed me right up. V4L is the greatest (I should know, spent a small fortune on other inferior products before I discovered them!).
