That varies with each person, but the average ex-smoker vapes 3 to 5 ML per day, so roughly 20 to 40 mils per week, give or take a few mils.

Nicotine level in the juice, what they used to smoke, how well they like the flavor and just about every other factor you can think of all play into how much you vape.

It all depends on the strength of the ejuice and how much you vape. I was a 2 pack a day smoker and go through about 40 ml of juice per week, easily. Sometimes more, sometimes less. I'm also weaning myself down on nicotine strength. I started out at 24mg, and am now bouncing between 12 and 6 mg juice.

It truly is individualized based on variables too numerous to mention, but ~4mL (+/- 1mL) at 18mg nicotine is the widely accepted "norm" for a 1-pack-a-day "light cigarette" smoker (the national "average smoker").

...so ~40mL (+/- 10mL) would be equivalent to a carton of cigarettes ...on average.

I think this is the closest estimate.

Really hard to say, because depending on what liquids and devices you're using, how you inhale etc. all change how much nicotine the body's actually absorbing. I've even heard that some of the other chemicals that are in an analogue cigarette increase the noticine absorption, which aren't there in an e-cig. But that's only hearsay.
I think it's best to just listen to your body; craving for a vape? Vape. Sometimes I chain vape for half an hour, then I don't touch the thingy for an hour or two. Depends, really. I think I'm at around 3-5ml a day at 9mg.

I have no idea how the average is 3-5ml a day. I was a 1/2 PAD a day smoker (down from a PAD in my youth) when I switched to vaping.

I'm lucky if I vape 1ml a day. I don't even see how I would have time to vape 3-5ml a day. I imagine I'd have to take a 4-5 second hit every few minutes all day from the time I get up to the time I go to bed to hit 3-5ml in a day.

I currentl vape at work and at home and in the car.

I smoked a pack and a half a day of Camel Blue 99s (a.k.a. Camel Light 99s) so that comes out to 210 cigarettes per week. A carton is 200 cigarettes and I smoked a carton every seven days. So, if a carton is equal to how much e-liquid I use per week...

1 carton Camel Blue 99s = 18ml of 15mg e-liquid

However, for the first few months after I quit smoking...

1 carton Camel Blue 99s = 18ml of 24 mg e-liquid
