I had a total of one ciggarette the night I recieved my ecig in the mail. That was four weeks ago. The first couple of weeks were a bit tough. I had to vape all the time while chewing nicorette. Although I was using the BLU. I have since switched to the Sidehso and have been mixing my own juices and am much happier with it. The severe cravings are pretty much gone at this point.

Just some of what I have noticed so far in my no smoking journey; I notice my smell coming back and I realize my car stinks like an ashtray. Food tastes better. I'm not hacking up alien looking slime each morning or having to clear my throat all the time. I have gained a few pounds but I have been trying to do that anyway. The best thing is that I don't feel like a second class citizen anymore. I don't have to sneak off to the parking lot between meetings at work then chew breathmints and worry that people can smell the smoke.

I smoke the ecig everywhere. Everyone askes me about it. I still haven't gotten a "you cant smoke in here" yet. Been trying really hard to get that reaction but nobody seems to mind the vapor. It's kind of wierd when strangers ask to try it but usually let them anyway then put the cart in my pocket and get a new one.

I tried quitting CT and made it 8 months once and it was hell the entire time. This time I am a month in and it has been 10x easier. I am so thankfull to finally have this option. If I had to guess I'd say ecigs are going to explode once smokers find out they truely have an option. I think the technology has a way to go but the demand should fix that I'm guessing.

I am so happy I've made it a month! I'd like to hear some other sucess stories!

Wow we live in different country but we had the exact same experience, everything u said is like what I've been through, except quitting cold turkey, I never tried. I'm a month free too of analogs today!!!
