I just realized looking at my sig it's been one month today:D I have had a few back slides along the road but have managed to over come the road bumps mainly due to all of you here. Reading about other peoples experiences have given me the motivation not to give up.

It has been 30 years since I have been without a smoke for this long and I so happy I found this place and V4L. Thanks everyone even though you may not know it but I have drawn almost all of my support from this forum. My hat's off to Steve Mark Leaford and Val for taking care of me when I had problems" You guys ROCK"

I never realized quitting smoking could be so much fun;) There is no turning back now.

Thank you again everyone!
