Hello everyone,
I'm a vaper for one year now.
I'm looking into the DIY path. My favourites thus far are tobacco mild to non sweet, Apple, strawberry, cool pineapple, and peach custard (thanks to Vic the Scottish youtuber)
Any help would help❗
Cheers mates.
Get some nic properly packaged and in to the freezer.

Welcome to ECF, One_year_on. Congrats on the first year, it is a tremendous milestone. Be sure to check out the General E-Liquid Discussion forum, and it's subforums as well. There are quite a bit of helpful and useful forums here.

Welcome to ecf and the diy rabbit hole. Couches are pretty comfy down here.
Finding recipes is easy. ELR recipes is a good place start. Great site with friendly people on the forum side along with great tools to keep track of your recipe notes and flavor stash. The beginners forum pages are full of useful tips as well. All the flavors is another good site to find recipes. Here at ecf this is a good thread for easy recipes.

    Thanks
Any help with recipes, steeping.. Etc?
When I ordered my first supplies I included a couple of all-in-one flavors, meaning the mix is already done. The winner was Cuppacino by Capella. I discovered only 1% was needed. Don't bother with recipies until you've proved to yourself you can make liquid you like. An even more cautious approach is make some unflavored and use it to dilute some pre mix you know you like. Recipes are an expensive trap unless you really want to be Chef Vape.

Ok, the rabbit hole mention got me thinkin', but I quickly decided not to post the image again. The 'couches are comfy' thing was the straw though..

    My exact concerns.
    That's why I'm here asking.
    Well, let's not rush things.
I'll just dip my toes :))

Hi and welcome - DIY is good - some good tips have aleady been given and truthfully you might find unflavoured liquid can mimic subtle UK Viriginia tobacco ... enjoy the DIY journey, make small test batches in the beginning and always but always write down notes as you go along so that if you make a real winner you'll be able to replicate it!

    Welcome to ECF!

You are getting great advice here. To satisfy your love of peach flavors, you might want to try the Wonder Flavors one-shot called Peach Gummy Candy. It is very good. The beauty of a one-shot is that all of the individual flavors needed to make a particular juice are in the one-shot. The only thing you need to add are VG, PG and nicotine. I mix this at 4%.

I love many of the Wonder Flavor one-shots I've tried, but one that I vape most often is a combination of their Coconut Rum at 2 % and their Island Mango at 4%.

There's a fantastic subforum for DIY ejuice here at ECF with a wealth of information for DIYers of all levels and plenty of helpful members as well. I suggest you begin learning about mixing in the subforum I am linking you to below.

    Good luck to you!

Welcome, and congrats on one year! You don't say whether you're looking for help in the diy process, or the flavors. Maybe both.

I can't help with the non-tobacco flavors, because I don't use them. But when I started diy, I found overall, Hangsen's tobacco lineup was the best. But I also liked some of Inawara's. But now I use NET (naturally extracted tobacco). Stixx Mixx has a lot of good ones, and they're among the most economical out there. Just about all I use anymore is their American Virginian. I think in general, you'll find NETs far superior to the chemical tobacco juices, even when mixing combinations.

Also, you might want to put a general geographic area in your profile. Some recommendations you get might be more on point if everyone knows where you are.

    Good luck!

    You're absolutely correct. Point taken.
I'm just a newbie on this forum. I'll be more precise.
    Cheers

Too much to explain right now... looking forward to discussing DIY (It's so fun, rewarding and affordable) but it is not a simple topic for sure. What strength of Nicotine do you like? I do 12 mg/ml for MTL and 6 mg/ml for RDL. You will need Concentrated Nicotine (might as well get 100 mg), VG and PG. Well talk flavors later on. A very handy thing to have is a syringe (no needle) for measuring small quantities (maybe a 3ml and a 5ml)
I also like tobacco juices and agree about "not too sweet" in general.

Best advice. Make notes. And then make notes of your notes. A killer recipe not written down is a sad thing, unless you have an outstanding memory.
