Get some nic properly packaged and in to the freezer.Hello everyone,
I'm a vaper for one year now.
I'm looking into the DIY path. My favourites thus far are tobacco mild to non sweet, Apple, strawberry, cool pineapple, and peach custard (thanks to Vic the Scottish youtuber)
Any help would help
Cheers mates.
When I ordered my first supplies I included a couple of all-in-one flavors, meaning the mix is already done. The winner was Cuppacino by Capella. I discovered only 1% was needed. Don't bother with recipies until you've proved to yourself you can make liquid you like. An even more cautious approach is make some unflavored and use it to dilute some pre mix you know you like. Recipes are an expensive trap unless you really want to be Chef Vape. Thanks
Any help with recipes, steeping.. Etc?
Ok, the rabbit hole mention got me thinkin', but I quickly decided not to post the image again. The 'couches are comfy' thing was the straw though..Welcome to ecf and the diy rabbit hole. Couches are pretty comfy down here.
What's ELR?Welcome to ecf and the diy rabbit hole. Couches are pretty comfy down here.
Finding recipes is easy. ELR recipes is a good place start. Great site with friendly people on the forum side along with great tools to keep track of your recipe notes and flavor stash. The beginners forum pages are full of useful tips as well. All the flavors is another good site to find recipes. Here at ecf this is a good thread for easy recipes.

Welcome, and congrats on one year! You don't say whether you're looking for help in the diy process, or the flavors. Maybe both.Hello everyone,

You're absolutely correct. Point taken.Welcome, and congrats on one year! You don't say whether you're looking for help in the diy process, or the flavors. Maybe both.
I can't help with the non-tobacco flavors, because I don't use them. But when I started diy, I found overall, Hangsen's tobacco lineup was the best. But I also liked some of Inawara's. But now I use NET (naturally extracted tobacco). Stixx Mixx has a lot of good ones, and they're among the most economical out there. Just about all I use anymore is their American Virginian. I think in general, you'll find NETs far superior to the chemical tobacco juices, even when mixing combinations.
Also, you might want to put a general geographic area in your profile. Some recommendations you get might be more on point if everyone knows where you are.
Good luck!
Best advice. Make notes. And then make notes of your notes. A killer recipe not written down is a sad thing, unless you have an outstanding memory.Hi and welcome - DIY is good - some good tips have aleady been given and truthfully you might find unflavoured liquid can mimic subtle UK Viriginia tobacco ... enjoy the DIY journey, make small test batches in the beginning and always but always write down notes as you go along so that if you make a real winner you'll be able to replicate it!
