i really wish provape had a customer service number
i finally got to order my provari (satin) so it shipped and got here really quick, i was super excited, charged the batteries and late last night went to vape with it and nothing.......well e4....which i guess means error 4 and according to the downloaded manual, this means contact provape.....
this completely sucks, they are west coast, i am east coast, i have sent three emails, to at least 2 different email addresses, I THINK, sort of confused on that,so sorry provape peeps for all the emails, i just didnt know for sure which one to send it to.... anyways....i don't know what time they will even come in and see them..(the emails)..and i'm nervous because it is friday............i seriously think i will cry if i have to wait till monday
omg i'm so bummed ya'll don't even know....i told 2 friends about the provari, and what i have read, so they both ordered, and were able to order before me. the one friend of mine actually let me use his for a few days so BELIEVE ME, i know what i'm missing..........
i hope they tell me to send this one back, and send a replacement straight away
since it was like this right out of the mail........i am literally sitting here staring at my inbox awaiting further instruction.........has anyone else experienced the e4 error..... or had any similar problem? how long before you heard back from provape?
