I could never pick one, but if backed into a corner it would be Juggies Swedish Pastry. I find the more I change flavors the more I find in the in the flavors I already own. I would never want to pick just 1 and if I did want just 1 it would be too easy to go back to ... flavored real cigs.

Mlv blue berry cheesecake or dekang ry4 both 24mg. Mlv bbck cuz its creamy and tangy and delish, and ry4 cuz its good and I never tire of it.

It's the only juice I have found that I can vape constantly. It's been my all day vape for over a year now. I tend to get sick of anything else rather quickly. Something minty is really my only second choice. Everything else is fine to try, but that's about it for me.
Jokesmoke gets an honorable mention... but I swear it's just unflavored joose.

My DIY vanilla bean ice cream (TPA) 80PG/20VG 7% flavouring 24mg.

If i had to choose it'd Unicorns blood with flavor booster from fuzionvapor best juice I've had.
Technically isn't just 1 juice... But I stumbled upon a mix of "Pure Canadian Blend Tobacco" and "MadCow" from MLV. It's absolutely amazing!
I've been vaping my own DIY cinnamon for the last 2 years.
Very complex recipe: 12% perfumers apprentice "red hot cinnamon", 88% e-juice. I don't expect to change any time soon, even though I have literally hundreds of bottles of other flavourings to mix with. Didn't see the point of experimenting further. I mix it up by the liter.

There are just SO MANY good juices out there right now, as well as DIY, that I couldn't name an absolute favourite - I know Dusty could though If I was in a corner, with no way out, I would probably have to say Halo's Tribeca

I am always still looking, but for now I would have to say Gollum..well its called sludge now but its been that for 6 months I think and I just ran out !
