I pretty much dropped fast to 0 last year, for at least a month then I went back up to 6mg mainly because it's costing me the same$ for 24mg as 0mg (I buy 24mg PG only and add 3:1 VG).

My theory is that after 30 years of smoking my lungs don't really respond to the lung hit away

I blew a little over $400 this week I think.... Two Provari's, a stingray clone, two Kayfun clones, Provari ring, Loki labs ring, multiple batteries in multiple sizes, two Nicore chargers, 28 gauge kanthal, cotton, several juices.... I've gone over the deep end.

$2203 in 87 days. I have a problem. Worst part is, I'm not that far from breaking even. Tobacco and herb were expensive vices.

That's what I want to get into. I've seen sites that offered massive amounts of unflavored e-juice at different nic levels for the price of a premium 30ml bottle, plus all sorts of flavor bases.

At that cost ($2 per flavor base), one can afford to trash a bad one. Being that I like coffee/vanilla flavors, I could likely easily create my own.

BTW, does vanilla extract used for cooking/baking work to do e-juice with? If nothing else, to boost a weak vanilla e-juice.

I stopped keeping track of how much we've spent - got a little irresponsible for a while, especially since the hubby developed a taste for authentic mods. LOL In the past year, we've probably spent at least 5K. Now we just trade for new stuff, and buy juice (tried DIY, but it's just not for me). I started at 24mg, he started at 12mg, we're both at 6 now, no intentions of going any lower.

I think I spent like 80 bucks in the first 3 months and you spend about 1000 in one month dam oh well 1000 bucks for a couple of extra years of life not a bad deal
