Well, I take it back now that I'm a happy camper and was able to order!
I also went back to the site and was able to order. Hope it comes through!
confirmation email received but when i go back to the front page it still shows it in my cart......?
wondering if i should go thru the process again....whats the worst that can happen...i get 2 bottles? Maybe pay for 2 and get none? oh boy

Like everyone else though....it was reload hell.....I finally got to process my card and like everyone else again...got the merchant error. BUT, my card did get charged and I did get a confirmation email....so I hope I'm in.
However, I went back to the site and looked at my orders....this invoice shows placed but not paid for....so hopefully it's just a matter of their system catching up.....so everyone who got the merchant communication error (but did get charged)....check your invoice on the site and see if it shows as paid.

ok what was the "merchant error"? i got no errors when i was on the payment page.

Ugh I e had 100ml in my cart since they opened but I couldn't get past the errors to checkout.

Thats all I cared about, If I woulda got an error on the payment page then I would have just said F it.
ok no i didnt get that error. everything went smooth when paying. yup and now there closed.
Well, I hope they are organized enough to match orders to invoices to paid transactions.
I get one of two things: my product or a full refund. They don't get to keep my money while I wait on another shipment.

The error came after payment was submitted. The payment system took the money but was unable to notify AV that payment was made, maybe due to the traffic, so they sent AV an email stating that payment was made for xyz order. So it was too late to say F it cause it was done. Lol
I'm sure it will be fine. AV limits so that they can give good service, fullfill in a timely manner and prevent the stress that God forbide causes another heart attack.
