Going to try wicking with just a tad down the channels and a fluffy wad blocking them. If that doesn't wick right, we's going in and doing some trench dragging/enlarging. Thing Pizzes me off so much

Don't use too much cotton and wick down into all four channels, but not too deep.

A fill hole might be nice for some. No biggie for me.

I think the chimney inside ceiling should be conical or concave to improve VF.

Juice control is possible but requires needle nose pliers.

The center screw sticks out quite a bit which may cause issues on some mods.

I really like this atty and one juice of mine in particular, The Jefe by DNA Vapor, has never tasted better.

I got a great build on it. Wicking is fantastic. No flooding or dry hits at 0.5 ohms while chain vaping. I'm very pleased.

^Rayon? I don't use rayon really at all, but people have stated issues with using it in tanks...

My advice would be to follow tbev or other people's build with the fogger and rayon.

sedge, what improvements?

Sorry if this has been answered. Kayfun nano tanks work, pmma/polymer ones?

Umm, no, I don't use rayon, the other R, Ramie. Umm sure the nano tanks fit, but then can't get no juice in it because the orchids containment cone is larger diameter than the Kayfun.

Are you not stuffing channels? Or are you building similar to a kayfun?

Slight stuffing...like the fogger. I cut the wick tips a bit on the bias. The tapered tip runs halfway down the vert channel but a fat shoulder rests on top of the channel.

My first build...nothing in the channel, wicked like a dripper, but I got seepage from the air inlet.

Next build and I ran wick down the channel like an Aqua but not out the horz. Dry hits unless I opened up the pseudo juice control.

I found a happy medium.

I'll post pics next time.

Oh...I never tried it. I'm assuming you've had rayon...did you get a weird dry/itchy feeling in the back of your throat?

I built similar to a vertical built Aqua. Put it down for a tad, rebuilt the flashi's at 0.4, then Erli showed up from Austria, so have spent any time with the Orc.

28 g Kanthal A-1
2 mm ID
6 wrap
Rayon CC wick

This is after 3 days of use filling twice a day. Same wick and coil using a sweet tobacco. With rayon I expect this to go many days longer but one side appears to be collapsing a bit.

please, dont tell me it's 23 mm...because I'm seeing some bulge/overhang on that tank...for the life of me I'll never understand why modders opt to make 21 or 23 mm attys or mods for that matter, don't they realize it cuts their potential buyers by like more than half I'd imagine, at least. I know, for me at least, it's a sure fire deal breaker
