I was having the same problem. Switched out the tank with one of these- http://www.fasttech.com/products/3023/10009156/1662304

No problems anymore. Between the chimney partial coving the fill hole and the thickness of the treaded 3 piece tank a bottleneck was created. the one piece tank is thinner, so the juice has more room to flow.

I have the 1 peice tank on mine as well,and no issues with filling,plus it adds just a bit to the capacity since you dont have the metal rings sitting so close to the chimney.


I'm thinking it is possibly psychological. That tank is straight bore 22mm. That means the inner dimension should be the same as the metal rings.(unless someone did a really crappy ring design) My Kayfun nano rings are super thin and these should be the same.

Will see when mine arrives on Mon/Tues. If they are thick, I'll swap in Kayfun set and see what happens.
