Order not showing in my account.

Hi there,
I placed an order with HealthCabin early in the morning on the first day of their sale (I wanted the free gift).

Just now, I signed into my account to track my order but my order is not showing. The points did not register either. I checked my Paypal account and can see what I ordered from there. The money definitely went through.

Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm worried their website didn't record my order and that it didn't get shipped!
