Order Number: 18754 :(

The last thing I wanted was to post this on the board But I have no Choice!
I placed Order Number: 18754 on the 25th of March

Total$77.57

I never received a conformation email so I emailed supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com and no responce I emailed again the next day 26th of March still no answer
I PM'ed forcedfuel50 and still no response Today I was at the bank and my credit card was charged 77.57 By SuperT and still no response! now a week later I still have no idea if any thing was shipped or even if my order went through the only thing I know for sure is I paid for it!
This kind of costumer service is unacceptable
I would like my Credit card refunded the full amount ASAP!

I am sorry to hear you didn't receive our reply and I apologize for the inconvenience. I'm guessing the reply just got lost in cyber land or kicked to your spam folder, as Amanda replied to your email the same day you placed your order on the 25th of March saying that your order did go through fine and that it would ship shortly. She again emailed you on March 28th to confirm that it had shipped on the 26th of March and included a tracking number. You should have also received a tracking number via email from stamps.com, but the internet is a strange place sometimes. Heres your tracking information and i'll reforward you her reply and the tracking email for your reference.
